## Changelog

### 0.1 (2026-10-19)

- First build: Immowelt Germany and Austria by place, radius, area, search link, ad link, new build project or agency; cold and warm rent, price, living space, rooms, energy class, address, photos and agency on every row; complete walks past 10,000 ads; Listing details and Agency profiles add-ons; a monitor of new ads with change tracking, removals and reposts; webhook, Telegram, Slack, Discord and WhatsApp notifications.
- Before release (audit 2): texts delivered unmasked with personal data off too (nothing masked out of them; the README's Personal data section says how each kind of text is formatted) (only the dedicated person fields and their raw copies stay empty); reviews keep their authors; dates are no longer read as phone numbers; Austrian postal codes searched as the towns that list them; filters on features only the full record shows (rented out, listed building tax relief, plot development); wind as an energy source; a name that is one state or town and otherwise only quarters elsewhere resolves to the state or town.
