- New setting `includePrivateSellerDetails` (off by default). Off, a private seller's row (and a row whose seller kind is
  not known) is masked as it was before the phone change of the same day: no person's name, Kijiji page or website (a
  business profile's still come), no street address or nearest intersection, coordinates rounded to about 1 km, a link by
  id alone, and phone numbers, e-mail addresses, street addresses with a house number, full postal codes and names masked
  in its title, description, attribute values and similar listing titles. On, all of it comes as Kijiji shows it to a
  visitor who is not logged in (names, page and website with details on). A person's profile behind a dealer listing gives
  its name and page only with the setting on.
- A business's titles and descriptions now come as written, phone numbers and e-mail addresses included, whatever the
  setting says (the phone change of the same day still replaced their e-mail addresses, and earlier builds their phone
  numbers too); with details on, a business listing's website comes from the listing's record when its profile is not a
  business profile or could not be read.
- No other input, event, price or field changed; the derived fields (language, motivated seller phrases, kilometres, year,
  size, price rating) keep the values they had, on or off. Kijiji's own seller phone field is still not delivered (it needs a
  reCAPTCHA check).

- Phone numbers that sellers write into titles and descriptions, and into a private seller's attribute values, are
  delivered (they were replaced with `[phone number removed]`; a business's attribute values were always delivered as Kijiji
  gives them). E-mail addresses stay replaced, and a private seller's names, street addresses and full postal
  codes stay masked exactly as before, a name written right before a phone number included (the old rule runs first and each
  number is put back where its placeholder stood, unless the seller's own profile name reached into that placeholder; the
  README's Privacy section names the other exceptions). No input, event, price or field
  changed, and the derived fields (language, motivated seller phrases, kilometres, year, size) keep the values they had.
