Where more than 1,900 ads share one price (over every make, 3,120 cars sit at exactly 9,990 EUR), that price is read alone in mileage steps before the walk goes on. The coverage row says when rows past the first 1,900 came in price order, and stops with `keyStuck` only if more than 1,900 ads share one price and one mileage. #### Monitor: new ads only Give the run a **Monitor name** and schedule it. Each run reads every ad first online in its window of days and delivers only the ads it never delivered before; known ads are free.
