- Texts are delivered exactly as SeLoger serves them, with the personal data switch on or off (titles, headlines, descriptions,
  key facts, transport, the Listing details texts, agency descriptions and reviews): the masking of phone numbers, e-mail
  addresses, contact links and names inside texts is removed (owner rule, PLAYBOOK section 3). The switch keeps governing the
  dedicated person fields only (`contactName`, `privateSellerName`, `privateSellerPhones`, `teamMembers`), empty when off as
  before. No input, field, price or event changes.

- First release: SeLoger searches by place and filters, pasted search links, ad links of every SeLoger site, agency pages and the
  agency directory of a town; every search read to its end past 10,000 ads with a coverage row; oldest first.
- Listing details and Agency profiles add-ons; agency rows with the legal record SeLoger shows.
- Monitor of new ads with change tracking (price and watched fields, price history, removals, reappearances, unchanged rows on
  request); webhook and Telegram notifications.
