Searches the non-domestic register, which holds commercial EPCs (CEPC), Display Energy Certificates for public buildings (DEC) and air-conditioning inspection certificates. Full details are switched on because non-domestic search rows carry no rating. Every certificate returns floor area, valid-until date, the assessor, their accreditation scheme and their employer.
