## Changelog

### 0.1 (2026-10-30, first version)

- Zillow's agent directory by city with its state, neighborhood, ZIP code or whole state (its cities, largest first), pasted
directory links with their own filters and page, and agents looked up by profile link, screen name or Zillow agent id.
- Zillow's own filters (specialties, languages, sale price, buyer's and listing agents, Top Agents, name) sent and checked on every
page; card filters (teams or individuals, rating, reviews, sales, brokerage) and profile filters (own phone, cell phone, e-mail,
years, total sales, last sale, Premier Agent, average sale price).
- Add-ons: Agent details (the profile), Reviews (sort and filter), Past sales, Listings (for sale and for rent), each item billed.
- The 375 agent reach of a search stated on every coverage row and, opt in, split through ZIP codes and price bands.
- Nested, flat or compact rows; empty fields left out on request; a free HTML market report; a free count only preview.
- Personal data switch: the agent's own phones and e-mail and reviewers' screen names only with `includePersonalData`.
