## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 companies

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Clutch Scraper - Agencies, Ratings, Rates & Reviews

### What is Clutch Scraper?

**Clutch Scraper** is a tool that lets you **scrape agencies and B2B service providers from Clutch.co**: company name, website, rating, review count, minimum project size, hourly rate, team size, location, service lines with their share of the work, and Clutch's verification mark, plus **founding year, every office, industries and client sizes with percentages, languages, badges and social links** when you want the full profile. It also scrapes **Clutch client reviews**: overall rating and the quality, schedule, cost and referral sub-ratings, project title, services, budget, dates and the reviewer's job title, company size, industry and location. Pick a category and a city, or paste any Clutch link, click **Start**, and download the results as Excel, CSV or JSON.

- ⚡ **Fast:** 1,000 web development companies in about 40 seconds, 100 full company profiles in about 35 seconds (our tests)
- 🏢 **Companies and reviews in one tool:** directory lists, full profiles and client reviews
- 🎯 **Clutch's own filters:** location, client budget, hourly rate, company size, industry focus and minimum reviews
- 🔓 **No login:** no Clutch account needed
- 💸 **Free to try:** the $5 of free usage every Apify account gets each month covers about 5,000 companies

### What can Clutch Scraper do?

- **Scrape any Clutch directory**, like web developers, digital marketing agencies, SEO firms, app developers, IT services or AI developers
- **Find agencies in a city, state or country**: web developers in New York, digital marketing agencies in London, software developers in Germany
- **Filter like on Clutch**: by client budget, hourly rate ($50 - $99 / hr, $100 - $149 / hr...), company size, industry focus and minimum number of reviews
- **Scrape Clutch company profiles**: tagline, description, founding year, every office with address and team size, languages, time zones, service lines, focus areas, industries and client sizes with percentages, badges and social links
- **Scrape Clutch reviews** for a list of companies, or for every company in a directory, newest or highest rated first
- **Build B2B lead lists** of agencies with their website, phone, location, rates and size
- Export to Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML or XML, or send the data to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier and more

### What data can you extract from Clutch?

| | | |
|---|---|---|
| 🏢 Company name and logo | 🌐 Website | ⭐ Rating and review count |
| 💵 Minimum project size | ⏱️ Hourly rate (text and numbers) | 👥 Employees (text and numbers) |
| 📍 Location and headquarters address | 📞 Business phone | ✅ Verification (Premier Verified) |
| 🧩 Service lines with % and Clutch certification | 🏭 Industry focus with % | 🏷️ Client sizes with % |
| 📅 Year founded | 🗺️ Every office with team size | 🗣️ Languages and time zones |
| 🏅 Badges and certifications | 🔗 LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram | 📢 Sponsored placement flag and rank |
| 📝 Review title, quote and summary | 🔢 Quality, schedule, cost and referral ratings | 💰 Project budget and dates |
| 🧑‍💼 Reviewer job title and company | 🏢 Reviewer company size and industry | 📍 Reviewer location |

### How to scrape Clutch

1. [Create a free Apify account](https://console.apify.com/sign-up).
2. Open **Clutch Scraper**.
3. Enter a category (like `web-developers` or `agencies/digital-marketing`) and the cities or countries you want, or paste Clutch links, one per line.
4. Choose **Companies** or **Reviews**, add filters if you like, and set how many companies you want per search or link.
5. Click **Start**, then download the results as Excel, CSV, JSON or HTML.

### How much does it cost to scrape Clutch companies?

You pay only for the rows you get. A company from a directory is a **company**; a company saved with **Include company details** turned on, or from a profile link, is a **company with full profile**; and in a reviews run you pay only for the **reviews**.

| Apify plan | Companies per 1,000 | Companies with full profile per 1,000 | Reviews per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | **$1.00** | **$3.00** | **$1.50** |
| Starter (Bronze) | **$0.90** | **$2.70** | **$1.35** |
| Scale (Silver) | **$0.80** | **$2.40** | **$1.20** |
| Business (Gold) and higher | **$0.70** | **$2.10** | **$1.05** |

Platform usage is included in these prices, so there is nothing else to pay.

Example: 1,000 web development companies cost $1.00 on the Free plan and $0.70 on Business. The same 1,000 companies with full profiles cost $3.00 on the Free plan, and 1,000 client reviews cost $1.50.

Every Apify account gets **$5 of free usage each month**, enough for about 5,000 companies at Free-plan prices. See the **Pricing** tab for details.

Reviews also carry `feedback` and the client interview in `background`, `challenge`, `solution` and `results`. Reviewers' personal names are never saved.

The **Overview** tab lists every row, and the **Companies** and **Reviews** tabs show each kind as its own table. The run report says which location Clutch matched for each search, how many companies it lists, and names any link that does not exist.

### Which fields come with which input?

### ❓FAQ

#### How much does it cost to scrape Clutch?

$1.00 per 1,000 companies on the Free plan and less on paid plans, with platform usage included; full profiles and reviews have their own price. See the cost section above for every plan and price. Setting **Max companies per search or link** keeps the cost of a run under control, and you can also set a maximum cost per run.

#### How many companies can I get?

Clutch directories are read to the end: every company in a category and location, thousands per run. A company that two of your searches list is saved once. For reviews, every review on a company's profile can be saved.

#### How do I scrape a filtered Clutch page?

Set the filters on Clutch, copy the page's link and paste it under **Clutch links**. The scraper keeps every filter in the link. Or enter a category and use the filter fields in the input: they apply to the categories you enter, not to pasted links.

#### My city was not found. What can I do?

Open the category on Clutch, pick your location there, and paste that page's link under **Clutch links**. For cities outside the US, typing the country after a comma (`Toronto, Canada`) usually finds them.

#### Do I need a Clutch account?

No. You don't need a Clutch account, cookies or an API key: the scraper collects the public directories, profiles and reviews anyone can see without signing in.

#### What happens with a removed company or a wrong link?

The run goes on with the other inputs, and the run report lists the companies and pages that do not exist.

#### Can I connect Clutch Scraper to other tools or AI agents?

Yes. Start runs and download results with the Apify API or the Python and JavaScript clients, send results to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets or Slack with Apify integrations and webhooks, or let AI assistants and agents run it through the Apify MCP server at [mcp.apify.com](https://mcp.apify.com). For instant answers inside your app, its real-time API returns rows directly for `/companies?category=web-developers&location=New York` and `/reviews?url=...`, without starting a run.

#### Is it legal to scrape Clutch?

This scraper only collects public business information that companies and their clients chose to publish on Clutch. Reviewers' personal names are never saved. Contact details and reviewer job titles can still be personal data, which may be protected by laws such as GDPR, so only scrape for a legitimate reason and ask a lawyer if you are unsure. You can read more in [Is web scraping legal?](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/)

Clutch Scraper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Clutch.

#### Something isn't working?
