## Pricing

from $0.63 / 1,000 events

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Eventbrite Scraper - Events, Tickets & Organizers

### What is Eventbrite Scraper?

**Eventbrite Scraper** is a tool that lets you **scrape events from Eventbrite** by city, keyword, category and date: title, summary and full description, start and end time with time zone, online or in person, venue with address and coordinates, **price range, free or paid, sold out**, ticket types with prices and fees, category, subcategory and format, tags, image, and **the organizer with followers and total events hosted**. It can also list **the organizers themselves** as leads. Type a city or keyword, or paste any Eventbrite link, click **Start**, and download the events as Excel, CSV or JSON.

- ⚡ **Fast:** 5,000 New York events in about 25 seconds, 8,800+ New York events in just over a minute (our tests)
- 🌍 **Any city, any country site:** New York, London, Berlin, Sydney, São Paulo or online events; links from eventbrite.com, .co.uk, .de, .com.au, .ca and every other Eventbrite site
- 🎟️ **Ticket data:** price range, free or paid, sold out, sales dates, and every public ticket type with its price and fees
- 🔓 **No login:** no Eventbrite account needed
- 💸 **Free to try:** the $5 of free usage every Apify account gets each month covers about 5,500 events

### What can Eventbrite Scraper do?

- **Scrape Eventbrite events in any city**, region or country, or **online events**
- **Search Eventbrite by keyword**, like `jazz`, `startup networking` or `yoga`
- **Filter by category** (Music, Business, Food & Drink, ...), **by date** (today, tomorrow, this weekend, next week, this month, next month or your own date range) and **free or paid**
- **Scrape any Eventbrite search link**, with all the filters you set on Eventbrite
- **Scrape single events** from their links, with full description, ticket types and refund policy
- **Scrape an organizer's upcoming events** from the organizer's profile link
- **Build organizer lead lists**: the organizers behind the events in a city or category, with followers, events hosted, website and social links
- Export to Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML or XML, or send the data to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier and more

### What data can you extract from Eventbrite?

| | | |
|---|---|---|
| 🎫 Event title and link | 📝 Summary and full description | 🗓️ Start and end, local time and UTC |
| 🌐 Online or in person | 📍 Venue, address, city, country | 🧭 Latitude and longitude |
| 💲 Price from and to, currency | 🆓 Free or paid | 🔴 Sold out, tickets available |
| 🎟️ Ticket types, prices and fees | 📆 Sales start and end | ↩️ Refund policy |
| 🏷️ Category, subcategory, format | #️⃣ Tags | 🖼️ Event image |
| 👤 Organizer name and link | 👥 Organizer followers | 📊 Events the organizer has hosted |
| 🌍 Organizer website | 🐦 X (Twitter) and Facebook | ✅ Verified and top-organizer badges |

### How to scrape Eventbrite

1. [Create a free Apify account](https://console.apify.com/sign-up).
2. Open **Eventbrite Scraper**.
3. Type keywords and locations, or paste Eventbrite search, event or organizer links, one per line.
4. Pick categories, a date and a price filter if you want, set how many events you want per search, and turn on **Include event details** for descriptions and ticket types.
5. Click **Start**, then download the events as Excel, CSV, JSON or HTML.

### How much does it cost to scrape Eventbrite events?

You pay only for the rows you get. An event from a search or an organizer's list is an **event**; an event saved with **Include event details** turned on, or from an event link, is an **event with full details**; and with **What to save** set to Organizers, each organizer is an **organizer**.

| Apify plan | Events per 1,000 | Events with full details per 1,000 | Organizers per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | **$0.90** | **$2.00** | **$1.50** |
| Starter (Bronze) | **$0.81** | **$1.80** | **$1.35** |
| Scale (Silver) | **$0.72** | **$1.60** | **$1.20** |
| Business (Gold) and higher | **$0.63** | **$1.40** | **$1.05** |

Platform usage is included in these prices, so there is nothing else to pay.

Example: 1,000 New York events cost $0.90 on the Free plan and $0.63 on Business. The same 1,000 events with full details cost $2.00 on the Free plan, and 1,000 organizer leads cost $1.50.

Every Apify account gets **$5 of free usage each month**, enough for about 5,500 events at Free-plan prices. See the **Pricing** tab for details.

### ❓FAQ

#### How much does it cost to scrape Eventbrite?

$0.90 per 1,000 events on the Free plan and less on paid plans, with platform usage included; events with full details and organizers have their own price. See the cost section above for every plan and price. **Max results per search or link** keeps the cost of a run under control, and you can also set a maximum cost per run.

#### How many events can I get?

Eventbrite shows up to 1,000 events for one search. When a city has more and you ask for more, you still get far more of the city: 8,800+ upcoming New York events in our test. For even more, add date ranges or keywords as extra searches. An event listed by several of your searches is saved once. An organizer link lists the organizer's upcoming events.

#### Can I scrape events from Eventbrite country sites?

Yes. Paste links from eventbrite.co.uk, .de, .fr, .es, .it, .nl, .ie, .ca, .com.au, .com.br, .com.mx and every other Eventbrite site, or type any city name. Prices come in each event's own currency.

#### Can I get ticket prices?

Yes. Every event has its lowest and highest ticket price with fees, free or paid, and sold out. Turn on **Include event details** for every public ticket type with its price, fee and status.

#### Can I scrape past events?

Searches list upcoming and ongoing events, as Eventbrite does. A link to a past event still gives its details.

#### Do I need an Eventbrite account?

No. You don't need an Eventbrite account, cookies or an API key: the scraper collects the public event information anyone can see without signing in. Private events, attendee lists and ticket buyers are not available.

#### What happens with a cancelled event or a wrong link?

The run goes on with the other inputs, and the run report lists the events, organizers and places that do not exist or were cancelled. A link that is not an Eventbrite search, event or organizer is named in the error message.

#### Can I connect Eventbrite Scraper to other tools or AI agents?

Yes. Start runs and download results with the Apify API or the Python and JavaScript clients, send results to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets or Slack with Apify integrations and webhooks, or let AI assistants and agents run it through the Apify MCP server at [mcp.apify.com](https://mcp.apify.com). For instant answers inside your app, its real-time API returns events directly for `/events?location=New York&q=jazz`, without starting a run.

#### Is it legal to scrape Eventbrite?

This scraper only collects public event listings and the public organizer profiles shown with them. It does not collect attendee lists, ticket buyers or private events. Organizer names and links can still be personal data, which may be protected by laws such as GDPR, so only scrape for a legitimate reason and ask a lawyer if you are unsure. You can read more in [Is web scraping legal?](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/)

Eventbrite Scraper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Eventbrite.
