## Pricing

from $0.69 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Remote Jobs Scraper

### What is Remote Jobs Scraper?

**Remote Jobs Scraper** lets you **scrape remote jobs from four remote job boards in one run**: Himalayas, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Jobicy. Every job comes back in the same format: title, company, salary range, location and time zone rules, employment type, seniority, category, tags, posted and expiry dates, apply link and the **full job description**. Type a keyword, pick the boards and filters, click **Start**, and download the jobs as Excel, CSV or JSON.

- 🌍 **Four remote job boards, one table:** Himalayas, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Jobicy
- 🔁 **No repeats:** the same job posted on two boards is saved once
- 🔎 **Filters across boards:** keyword, candidate location, date posted, employment type and seniority
- 💰 **Salary data:** minimum, maximum, currency and period when the job shows them
- 🔗 **Link to the original:** every job keeps its board and its own link
- 🔓 **No login:** no account on any board needed

### What can Remote Jobs Scraper do?

- **Scrape remote jobs** for any keyword, like `python`, `react`, `customer support`, `designer` or `marketing`
- **Search all four boards at once**, or only the ones you pick
- **Keep only jobs open to your location**, like `United States`, `United Kingdom`, `Germany` or `Europe` (jobs open worldwide are included)
- **Filter by date posted** (last 24 hours to 30 days), **employment type** (full time, part time, contract, temporary, internship) and **seniority** (entry level to executive)
- **Get the newest remote jobs** with no keyword at all
- **Share one job limit across boards**: each board gets an even part, and a board with fewer jobs leaves its part to the others
- Export to Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML or XML, or send the data to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier and more

### What data can you extract?

| 📍 Where candidates may live | 🕒 Time zones accepted | 📄 Employment type |
| 🎓 Seniority | 🗂️ Category and tags | 💰 Salary min, max, currency, period |
| 📅 Posted date and expiry date | 🔗 Apply link | 📝 Full description and summary |

### How to scrape remote jobs

1. [Create a free Apify account](https://console.apify.com/sign-up).
2. Open **Remote Jobs Scraper**.
3. Enter search keywords, one per line, and pick the boards (or leave all four).
4. Pick the filters you want and the most jobs to save.
5. Click **Start**, then download the jobs as Excel, CSV, JSON or HTML.

### How much does it cost to scrape remote jobs?

You pay only for the jobs you get: one price per job saved, whichever board it came from. See the **Pricing** tab for the price on your plan.

Every Apify account gets **$5 of free usage each month**, enough to try the scraper on real searches.

}
```
Every row has the same fields in the same order on every board; a field a board does not give is `null` (or an empty list). Dates are ISO 8601 in UTC. A run report (Storage → Key-value store → `report-summary`) lists, for every keyword and board, the jobs found, the jobs saved and the repeats skipped.
### Use cases
- **Remote job boards and newsletters:** a daily feed of fresh remote jobs from four boards, without repeats
- **Job seekers:** every remote job for your skill in one sheet, filtered to the countries you can work from
- **Recruiters and talent teams:** which companies hire remotely, for which roles and at which salaries
- **Market research:** remote demand by skill, seniority, category and region
- **AI agents and job matching tools:** clean, uniform job records with full descriptions
### Tips
- **Daily new jobs:** schedule a run with **Date posted: last 24 hours**.
- **Boards differ in size:** Himalayas lists far more jobs than the others; RemoteOK gives the newest 100 jobs per tag. With a small **Max jobs**, the even share keeps every board in the result.
- **Location rules:** a job with no stated location, or one open worldwide, counts as open to everyone.
- **Use the board links:** each job keeps its own link on its board; when you publish the jobs, link to the original and name the board as the source, as the boards ask.
### Use with AI agents (MCP)
AI agents can run Remote Jobs Scraper through the Apify MCP server. Ask for example "Find 100 remote Python jobs open to people in the United States posted this week" and the agent starts the run with `{"keywords": ["python"], "location": "United States", "datePosted": "7", "maxResults": 100}`.
### FAQ
**How much does Remote Jobs Scraper cost?**
You pay per job saved; the **Pricing** tab shows the price on your plan. Free accounts get $5 of usage every month.
**Which boards does it cover?**
Himalayas, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Jobicy. Choose any of them in **Job boards**.
**Do I need an account on these boards?**
No. The scraper reads only public job listings.
**Why do some jobs have no salary or seniority?**
Not every board or employer states them; those fields are `null` then.
**Is it legal to scrape remote job boards?**
The scraper collects public job listings and removes emails and phone numbers from the text. The boards ask that you link back to the original job and name them as the source when you show their jobs; every row keeps both. Check the rules that apply to how you use the data with your legal advisor. Remote Jobs Scraper is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these boards.
**Can I use it with the Apify API, Make, Zapier or n8n?**
Yes. Start runs and fetch results through the Apify API or any of the Apify integrations, and schedule runs to collect new jobs every day.
**Something does not work. What should I do?**
Open an issue on the **Issues** tab with your input, and we will look at it quickly.
