## Pricing

from $0.75 / 1,000 accounts

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## TikTok User Search Scraper

### What is TikTok User Search Scraper?

**TikTok User Search Scraper** finds **TikTok accounts by keyword**, the way the **Users** tab of TikTok search does, and gives you every account's profile: username, name, bio, bio link, verified badge, exact followers, following, total likes and number of videos. It can also add each account's latest videos with their views, likes and comments. Type your keywords, click **Start**, and download the accounts as Excel, CSV or JSON.

- 🚀 **Speed:** about 550 accounts per minute (1,249 accounts for 16 keywords in 2 minutes 15 seconds in our test)
- 🔎 **Keywords:** search as many keywords as you like in one run
- 🏆 **Ranking:** every account has its position in TikTok's results for the keyword
- 🔢 **Exact numbers:** exact follower counts (9,327,497, not "9.3M"), plus following, likes and videos
- 🔗 **Bio links:** the website, Linktree or shop link each creator puts in their bio
- 🎬 **Latest videos:** optionally, each account's newest videos with their stats
- 🔓 **No login:** no TikTok account, cookies or API key needed

### What can TikTok User Search Scraper do?

- Find the **TikTok creators, brands and businesses** that match any keyword or name
- Get each account's **exact followers, following, likes and video count**
- Collect **bio text and bio links** to reach creators outside TikTok
- See which accounts are **verified**, **business accounts** (with their category) or **TikTok Shop sellers**
- Add each account's **latest videos** to judge how active and how popular it is
- Export to Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML or XML, or send the accounts to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier and more

### What data can you extract from TikTok user search?

| | | |
|---|---|---|
| 🔎 Keyword and rank | 👤 Username and name | 🔗 Profile link |
| 📝 Bio | 🌐 Bio link | ✅ Verified badge |
| 👥 Followers (exact) | ➡️ Following | ❤️ Total likes |
| 🎬 Number of videos | 🖼️ Profile picture | 🔒 Private account |
| 🏢 Business account and category | 🛒 TikTok Shop seller | 🆔 User IDs |
| 🎥 Latest videos (optional): views, likes, comments, shares, saves, caption, hashtags, sound, date | | |

### How to scrape TikTok accounts by keyword

1. [Create a free Apify account](https://console.apify.com/sign-up) (no credit card needed).
2. Open **TikTok User Search Scraper**.
3. Type one or more **search keywords**, for example `fitness coach` or `nike`.
4. Choose how many accounts you want per keyword and, if you like, how many latest videos per account.
5. Click **Start**, then download the accounts as Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML or XML.

### How much does it cost to scrape TikTok accounts?

You pay only for the accounts you get, and for latest videos only when you ask for them:

| Apify plan | Accounts per 1,000 | Latest videos per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $3.00 | $1.00 |
| Starter (Bronze) | $2.50 | $0.80 |
| Scale (Silver) | $1.90 | $0.60 |
| Business (Gold) and higher | $0.75 | $0.30 |

Platform usage is included in these prices, so you pay nothing else for the run. There is no start fee.

Example: 1,000 accounts cost $3.00 on the Free plan and $0.75 on Business. With 3 latest videos each, add 3,000 videos: $3.00 more on Free, $0.90 more on Business. The **Max accounts per keyword** setting keeps every run's cost under control, and you can also set a maximum cost per run. Every Apify account gets **$5 of free usage each month**, enough for about 1,650 accounts on the Free plan.

### ⬇️ Input

| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search keywords | What to search for, one keyword or phrase per line |
| Max accounts per keyword | How many accounts to get for each keyword (default 10) |
| Latest videos per account | Also get each account's latest videos, 0 to 30 (default 0: profiles only) |

Example: 20 fitness creators and 20 cooking creators, each with their 3 latest videos.

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["fitness coach", "home cooking"],
  "maxProfilesPerQuery": 20,
  "latestVideosPerProfile": 3
}
```

  ]
}
```
`latestVideos` is there only when you ask for latest videos. Each video also has its cover image, slideshow images, mentions, sound details, language and location. The **Accounts** tab shows the main columns; download the dataset for every field. Rows of different keywords come mixed: sort by `searchQuery` and `rank` to see each keyword's accounts in TikTok's order.
Each run also saves a short report: how many keywords and accounts it covered, and any keyword or account it could not read, with the reason.
### How can I use TikTok account data?
- **Influencer discovery:** find creators in your niche and compare their followers, likes and activity
- **Lead generation:** collect brands and business accounts by category, with their bio links
- **Competitor research:** see which accounts win the searches in your market
- **Outreach lists:** build lists of creators with the links they share in their bios
- **Market research:** measure how big a niche is on TikTok by the accounts that show up for it
### How many accounts can I get per keyword?
TikTok shows a limited number of accounts for each search, whatever number you ask for: about 70 for most keywords in our tests, and a few hundred for some (252 for `plumber`). To find more accounts, add more keywords, for example `fitness coach`, `personal trainer` and `gym workout`. An account that shows up for two keywords gets a row for each keyword, with its rank in each.
### Use with AI agents (MCP)
Connect any MCP-compatible AI assistant or agent to the Apify MCP server at https://mcp.apify.com (sign in with your Apify account), and it can find this actor, fill in the input and read the results by itself. Ask in plain words, for example *"Find 20 TikTok fitness coaches with their follower counts and bio links"*, and the agent runs `automly/tiktok-user-search-scraper` with an input like `{"searchQueries": ["fitness coach"], "maxProfilesPerQuery": 20}`.
You can also run it from your own code with the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) or the Python and JavaScript clients:
```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient

client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("automly/tiktok-user-search-scraper").call(run_input={
    "searchQueries": ["fitness coach"],
    "maxProfilesPerQuery": 20,
})
for account in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(account["rank"], account["username"], account["followers"], account["bioLink"])
```
### ❓FAQ
#### How much does it cost to scrape TikTok user search results?
$3.00 per 1,000 accounts on the Free plan, down to $0.75 on Business, with platform usage included; latest videos are extra and only when you ask for them. See [How much does it cost to scrape TikTok accounts?](#how-much-does-it-cost-to-scrape-tiktok-accounts) above for every plan. Every Apify account gets $5 of free usage each month, so you can try it at no cost.
#### Are the follower counts exact?
Yes. TikTok's search page rounds counts ("3M"), but every row has the exact numbers from the account's profile: followers, following, total likes and videos.
#### Are the results the same as in the TikTok app?
They are the accounts TikTok shows to a visitor who is not logged in, in TikTok's own order. Search results in the app are personalized, so yours may differ a little.
#### Does it give the account's country or language?
No. TikTok does not show an account's country on its public profile.
#### Do I need a TikTok account?
No. You don't need a TikTok account, cookies or an API key.
#### Can I scrape private accounts?
Private accounts can show up in the results with their public profile numbers, and `privateAccount` is `true`. Their videos are hidden, so they have no latest videos.
#### Can I connect TikTok User Search Scraper to other tools?
Yes. Start runs and download results with the Apify API or the Python and JavaScript clients, send results to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets or Slack with Apify integrations and webhooks, or let AI agents run it through the Apify MCP server.
#### Is it legal to scrape TikTok accounts?
This scraper only collects what account owners chose to make public on their profiles. It does not collect private data such as email addresses or phone numbers, though a public bio can contain them. Public data can still be personal data protected by laws such as GDPR, so only scrape it for a legitimate reason and ask a lawyer if you are unsure. You can read more in [Is web scraping legal?](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/)
TikTok User Search Scraper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.
#### Something isn't working. What should I do?
# Actor input Schema
## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):
Find the TikTok accounts that match a keyword, e.g. fitness coach. One keyword or phrase per line, just like typing it in the TikTok search bar and opening the Users tab.
## `maxProfilesPerQuery` (type: `integer`):
How many accounts to get for each keyword, e.g. 10. TikTok shows a limited number of accounts for one search (most keywords about 70, some a few hundred), so add more keywords to find more accounts.
## `latestVideosPerProfile` (type: `integer`):
Also get each account's latest videos (views, likes, comments, shares, caption, hashtags, date), e.g. 5. Pinned videos come first, as on the profile. 0 = profiles only.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
Proxy settings. The default works for most runs.
