## Pricing

from $0.50 / 1,000 videos

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

### What is TikTok Video Scraper?

**TikTok Video Scraper** is a tool that lets you **scrape full details of TikTok videos and photo slideshows** from their links: views, likes, comments, shares, saves, caption, hashtags, mentions, sound, duration, cover image, post date and the creator's name and follower count. 🎬 **Videos and slideshows:** full video links, photo slideshow links, short share links or just the video ID
🔗 **Related videos:** add up to 15 videos TikTok recommends next to each one
🚀 **Speed:** about 2,300 videos per minute (3,000 videos in 76 seconds in our test)
⚡ **Real-time API:** get a video's details in the response, without starting a run
🔓 **No login:** no TikTok account, cookies or API key needed

Each run also saves a short report that lists how many videos it covered, and any video it could not scrape with the reason (for example, a deleted or private video).

### How can I use TikTok video data?

- **Campaign tracking:** check the views, likes and shares of sponsored or brand videos
- **Influencer vetting:** compare a creator's video performance with their follower count
- **Content research:** see which captions, hashtags and sounds go with the best-performing videos
- **Trend discovery:** use related videos to find similar content around a video you care about
- **Data analysis and AI:** build video datasets for engagement, topic or trend analysis

### Real-time TikTok video API

Need a video's details right away inside your app? Call the actor's API and get the video back in the response, without starting a run:

```
GET https://<your-actor-standby-url>/video?url=https://www.tiktok.com/@scout2015/video/6718335390845095173&includeRelatedVideos=false
Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>
```

You can also run the actor from your own code with the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) or the Python and JavaScript clients:

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("automly/tiktok-video-scraper").call(run_input={
    "videoUrls": ["https://www.tiktok.com/@scout2015/video/6718335390845095173"],
    "includeRelatedVideos": True,
})
for video in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(video["type"], video["url"], video["views"], video["likes"])
```

### ❓FAQ

#### How much does it cost to scrape TikTok videos?

You pay only for the videos you get, per 1,000 videos. Related videos count as videos. See the **Pricing** tab for the current price. Every Apify account gets $5 of free usage each month, so you can try it at no cost.

#### How many videos can I scrape at once?

Add as many video links as you need to one run. With **Include related videos** on, each video adds up to 15 more rows.

#### Can I scrape TikTok photo slideshows?

Yes. Paste the slideshow link. The row has `isSlideshow` set to true and the image links in `slideshowImages`.

#### Do I need a TikTok account?

No. You don't need a TikTok account, cookies or an API key.

#### Can I scrape private videos?

No. Only public videos can be scraped. Private, deleted or mistyped videos are skipped and listed in the run report.

#### Is it legal to scrape TikTok videos?

This scraper only collects information that creators chose to publish. It does not collect private data such as email addresses or phone numbers. Captions and creator names can still be personal data, which may be protected by laws such as GDPR, so only scrape it for a legitimate reason and ask a lawyer if you are unsure. You can read more in [Is web scraping legal?](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/)

TikTok Video Scraper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

#### Something isn't working. What should I do?

Open the **Issues** tab and tell us the video link and what you expected. We usually reply within a day.
