## Pricing

from $0.25 / 1,000 reviews

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Trustpilot Scraper - Reviews, Ratings & Company Data

### What is Trustpilot Scraper?

**Trustpilot Scraper** is a tool that lets you **scrape reviews and company data from Trustpilot** for any company: star rating, title, full text, publish and experience dates, language, reviewer name, country and review count, verification, likes and **the company's reply**, together with the company's **TrustScore**. Type a company website like `amazon.com` or paste its Trustpilot link, click **Start**, and download the reviews as Excel, CSV or JSON.

- ⚡ **Fast:** about 2,000 reviews a minute: 9,777 Amazon reviews in under 5 minutes, a small company's reviews in seconds (our tests)
- 📈 **More reviews per company:** Trustpilot shows visitors only a slice of a big company's reviews; this scraper reaches thousands (9,777 English reviews of Amazon in one run in our tests)
- 🏢 **Company profiles too:** TrustScore, rating breakdown, categories, contact details and reply rate in one row per company
- 🔓 **No login:** no Trustpilot account needed
- 💸 **Free to try:** the $5 of free usage every Apify account gets each month covers about 10,000 reviews

### What can Trustpilot Scraper do?

- **Scrape all Trustpilot reviews of a company** from its website (`amazon.com`) or its Trustpilot page link
- **Scrape Trustpilot reviews of many companies in one run**, each with its own limit
- **Filter Trustpilot reviews by star rating**, for example only 1-star and 2-star complaints
- **Scrape Trustpilot reviews in any language** (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, ...) or in all languages at once
- **Get only recent Trustpilot reviews** from the last 30 days, 3, 6 or 12 months
- **Get only verified reviews**, or only reviews the company replied to
- **Export Trustpilot company replies** with their dates, to measure how a business answers its customers
- **Get Trustpilot company data:** TrustScore, total reviews, reviews per star, categories, email, phone, address and reply rate
- Export to Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML or XML, or send the data to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier and more

### What data can you extract from Trustpilot?

| | | |
|---|---|---|
| ⭐ Star rating (1-5) | 📝 Review title and full text | 📅 Published, experience and edit dates |
| 🌍 Review language | 👤 Reviewer name and ID | 🏳️ Reviewer country |
| 🔢 Reviewer's number of reviews | ✅ Verified review label | 👍 Likes |
| 💬 Company reply and reply date | 🔗 Review link and ID | 🏷️ Review source (organic or invited) |
| 🏢 Company name and domain | 📊 TrustScore and total reviews | 📈 Reviews per star rating |
| 🗂️ Categories | 📞 Company email, phone and address | ⏱️ Reply rate and days to reply |

### How to scrape Trustpilot reviews

1. [Create a free Apify account](https://console.apify.com/sign-up) (no credit card needed).
2. Open **Trustpilot Scraper**.
3. Enter company websites or Trustpilot review page links, one per line.
4. Set how many reviews you want per company, and pick star ratings, languages or a date range if you need them, then click **Start**.
5. When the run finishes, download the reviews as Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML or XML.

### How much does it cost to scrape Trustpilot reviews?

You pay only for the reviews you get, plus one row per company if you turn on **Include company details**. The price per 1,000 depends on your Apify plan:

| Apify plan | Reviews per 1,000 | Company details per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Free | **$0.50** | **$2.00** |
| Starter (Bronze) | **$0.45** | **$2.00** |
| Scale (Silver) | **$0.35** | **$2.00** |
| Business (Gold) and higher | **$0.25** | **$2.00** |

Each run also has a start fee of $0.005 per run at the default settings. Platform usage is included in these prices, so you pay nothing extra for it.

Example: 1,000 reviews cost $0.50 on the Free plan and $0.25 on Business, plus the $0.005 start fee. Adding the company row for one company costs $0.002 more.

Every Apify account gets **$5 of free usage each month**, enough for about 10,000 reviews. **Max reviews per company** keeps the cost of a run under control, and you can also set a maximum cost per run. See the **Pricing** tab for details.

### ⬇️ Input

| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Companies** | Company websites (`amazon.com`, `www.bankfive.com`) or Trustpilot links such as `https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.amazon.com`. Links from local Trustpilot sites (`uk.trustpilot.com`, `de.trustpilot.com`) work too |
| **Max reviews per company** | How many reviews to save for each company (default 100). Set 0 for as many as can be reached |
| **Star ratings** | Only reviews with these ratings. Empty: all ratings |
| **Review languages** | Two-letter language codes like `en`, `de`, `fr`. Empty or `all`: every language |
| **Date posted** | Only reviews from the last 30 days, 3, 6 or 12 months |
| **Verified reviews only** | Only reviews Trustpilot marks as verified |
| **Reviews with company replies only** | Only reviews the company answered |
| **Sort order** | Most recent first (default) or most relevant first |
| **Include company details** | Add one row per company with its full profile |

The **Reviews** tab shows the reviews as a table, **Reviewers** the people behind them, **Company replies** the answers, and **Companies** the company rows. The run report says, for each company, how many reviews it has, how many match your filters and how many were saved.

### How can I use Trustpilot review data?

- **Customer feedback analysis:** find what customers praise and complain about, by star rating, language and month
- **Competitor research:** compare TrustScores, rating breakdowns and complaint themes across competitors
- **Brand monitoring:** collect new reviews every day or week with a schedule and a date filter
- **Customer service benchmarks:** measure how often and how fast companies reply to negative reviews
- **Sentiment analysis and AI training data:** build labelled review datasets with ratings and full text
- **Lead generation:** list companies in a niche with their contact details and review health

### How to monitor new Trustpilot reviews

1. Keep **Sort order** on *Most recent*.
2. Set **Date posted** to *Last 30 days* (or a longer period).
3. [Schedule the actor](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules) to run every day or every week.

Each run saves the latest reviews first, ready to send to Slack, email or a spreadsheet with an [integration](https://apify.com/integrations).

### Run it from your code

Start runs and read the reviews with the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) or the Python and JavaScript clients:

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_API_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("automly/trustpilot-reviews-scraper").call(run_input={
    "companyUrls": ["amazon.com"],
    "maxReviewsPerCompany": 500,
    "stars": ["1", "2"],
})
for review in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(review["rating"], review["title"])
```

### Scrape more review data

### How many reviews can I get?

For small and medium companies you get every review Trustpilot shows. For very large companies Trustpilot shows visitors only part of the reviews; the scraper still reaches thousands of them (in our tests 9,777 of Amazon's ~30,000 English reviews in one run, including about 80% of its 2-, 3- and 4-star reviews). The run report lists any company with more matching reviews than could be reached. Narrowing the request with star ratings, languages or a date range brings you closer to all of them.

### ❓FAQ

#### How much does it cost to scrape Trustpilot?

$0.50 per 1,000 reviews on the Free plan, less on paid plans, plus $2.00 per 1,000 company rows if you turn them on. See the cost section above for every plan.

#### How many reviews can I scrape from one company?

Every review Trustpilot shows for small and medium companies, and thousands for very large ones (9,777 English Amazon reviews in one of our runs). Set **Max reviews per company** to 0 for as many as can be reached.

#### Can I scrape only new reviews?

Yes. Keep **Sort order** on *Most recent*, set **Date posted** to *Last 30 days* (or a longer period) and schedule the run. Each run saves the latest reviews first.

#### Can I scrape Trustpilot reviews in other languages?

Yes. Enter language codes such as `de`, `fr` or `es` in **Review languages**, or leave it empty to get reviews in every language. Each review has a `language` field.

#### Do I need a Trustpilot account?

No. The scraper reads the same public reviews anyone can see without signing in. You don't need a Trustpilot account, cookies or an API key.

#### What happens if a company is not on Trustpilot?

The run continues with the other companies, and the run report lists the company as not found.

#### Can I connect Trustpilot Scraper to other tools or AI agents?

Yes. Start runs and download results with the Apify API or the Python and JavaScript clients, send results to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets or Slack with Apify integrations and webhooks, or let AI assistants and agents run it through the Apify MCP server at [mcp.apify.com](https://mcp.apify.com).

#### Is it legal to scrape Trustpilot?

This scraper collects only publicly available reviews and company profiles. Reviews can contain personal data such as reviewer names, which may be protected by laws such as the GDPR, so only collect it for a legitimate reason and ask a lawyer if you are unsure. You can read more in [Is web scraping legal?](https://blog.apify.com/is-web-scraping-legal/)

Trustpilot Scraper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Trustpilot.
