## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Bilibili Creator Finder: UP主 Profiles, Followers & Contacts

Build **Bilibili (哔哩哔哩, B站) influencer shortlists** in minutes. Enter niche keywords (美食 food, 数码 tech, 美妆
beauty, 游戏 games…) and get the matching creators (UP主 / KOLs), biggest first, each with follower count, total likes,
official verification, live room, how their 20 newest videos perform, and the **business contacts they publish in
their bio**: email, WeChat id, QQ number. Or paste a list of creator UIDs to enrich them.

No Bilibili account or cookies needed.

are active (last upload, uploads in 30 days) and see what a typical video earns in views.
- **Outreach**: export the creators that publish an email, WeChat or QQ for business, with **Only creators with
  contacts** switched on.
- **MCNs and talent scouts**: find rising micro-creators with `maxFollowers` (e.g. 10,000-100,000).
- **Market research**: map who leads a category on Bilibili.

### How many creators have contacts?

Measured on the top 100 creators of five niches (October 2026): about 8% publish an email, 5% a WeChat id and 2% a QQ
number in their bio, and 43% mention business inquiries. Many large creators route business through private
messages or an agency, so expect contacts for a minority of rows; switch on **Only creators with contacts** to pay
only for those.

### Scheduling and integrations

Run it per niche on a schedule and send new creators to Google Sheets, HubSpot or a webhook with Apify integrations.

### Use with AI assistants (MCP)

Available as a tool in the Apify MCP server: "find Bilibili food creators between 50k and 500k followers that publish a
business email".

### FAQ

**Do I need an account?** No. Profiles are read as a logged-out visitor.

**Where do the contacts come from?** Only from what the creator publishes in their public bio. The actor does not
guess or buy contact data.

**Why do some keywords return few creators?** Bilibili matches keywords against creator names and channel text;
Chinese keywords match far more creators than English ones.

**Is it legal?** The actor reads publicly visible profile data. Contact details are personal data in many
jurisdictions: you are responsible for using them lawfully (consent, opt-out, local marketing rules).

## `creatorIds` (type: `array`):

Enrich creators you already know: numeric UID or https://space.bilibili.com/<uid>.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Followers (largest first) is best for KOL shortlists.

## `minFollowers` (type: `integer`):

Skip smaller creators. Filtered creators are not charged.
