## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Idealista Listing Details by ID or URL

Paste Idealista listing links or ids and get one complete, structured record per listing: price, size, rooms, features, energy certificate, GPS coordinates, every photo, the advertiser's description and the agency's contact details. Works for Spain (idealista.com), Portugal (idealista.pt) and Italy (idealista.it). No Idealista account is needed.

This Actor answers one question: **"what are the full details of these specific listings?"** Use it to enrich a list of listings you already have (from a CRM, a spreadsheet, an alert email, a previous scrape) or to re-check them on a schedule. To discover listings by place, filters or agency instead, use [Idealista API Scraper](https://apify.com/axlymxp/idealista-api-actor), [Idealista Scraper](https://apify.com/axlymxp/idealista-scraper) or [Idealista Agency Lead Extractor](https://apify.com/axlymxp/idealista-agency-lead-extractor).

### What you get

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `propertyCode`, `url`, `country`, `title`, `headline` | Listing id, link, site (es / pt / it), title and the advertiser's headline |
| `operation`, `propertyType`, `subtype`, `typology`, `listingState`, `condition` | sale or rent, category, flat / chalet / penthouse ..., state and condition |
| `price`, `currency`, `communityCosts` | Asking price (monthly for rentals) and community costs |
| `sizeM2`, `usableAreaM2`, `rooms`, `bedrooms`, `bathrooms`, `floor` | Size and layout |
| `exterior`, `hasLift`, `hasGarden`, `hasSwimmingPool`, `hasStorageRoom`, `furnished`, `isAuction`, `isPenthouse`, `isDuplex`, `isStudio` | Building and property flags |
| `energyRating`, `energyConsumptionKwhM2Year`, `emissionsRating`, `emissionsKgCo2M2Year` | Energy certificate |
| `address`, `subdistrict`, `district`, `municipality`, `areaPath`, `locationId`, `latitude`, `longitude` | Location (the address can be approximate when the advertiser hides it) |
| `description`, `descriptionTranslations` | The advertiser's text and the translations Idealista offers |
| `features`, `featureGroups` | Every feature phrase of the listing, flat and grouped by section |
| `labels`, `numPhotos`, `thumbnail`, `images`, `videos`, `virtualTours`, `has360` | Photos and media (photo links expire after a few days) |
| `agencyName`, `agencyContactName`, `agencyPhone`, `agencyPhoneInternational`, `agencyMicrosite`, `agencyLogo`, `agencyStreet`, `agencyPostalCode`, `agencyCity`, `sellerType`, `advertiserReference`, `advertiserListingUrl` | Advertiser contact. Some listings do not show a phone number; the field is then empty |
| `lastModified`, `lastModifiedText`, `scrapedAt` | When Idealista last changed the listing and when this run read it |

Some fields are empty for some listings (for example `bedrooms` or `usableAreaM2`) because Idealista does not return them for every property type or country.

### Use cases

- Enrich a list of listing links from a CRM, spreadsheet or email alerts with price, size, coordinates and agency contact.
- Re-check a watch list on a schedule and compare datasets to catch price changes and updates (`lastModified`).
- Pull full photo sets, feature lists and energy ratings for valuation models or investor due diligence.
- Find out which agency advertises a property and how to reach it.
- Detect listings that are gone: ids that no longer exist are reported in the run's `SUMMARY` record.

### Input

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `listings` | Idealista links (`idealista.com/inmueble/...`, `idealista.pt/imovel/...`, `idealista.it/immobile/...`) or plain ids. Up to 2,500 per run, duplicates are removed |
| `country` | `es`, `pt` or `it`, used only for plain ids (links carry their own country) |
| `language` | `en`, `es`, `pt` or `it`: language of the generated title and feature phrases |
| `includeImages` | Add the thumbnail and the list of photo URLs |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Used only to switch IP if Idealista temporarily blocks the current one |

```json
{
    "listings": [
        "https://www.idealista.com/inmueble/106387165/",
        "https://www.idealista.pt/imovel/35394433/",
        "112497662"
    ],
    "country": "es",
    "language": "en",
    "includeImages": true
}
```

### Scheduling and integrations

Schedule the Actor and compare runs, or call it from the Apify API, webhooks, Make, n8n or Zapier. Each run saves a `SUMMARY` record with the number of requested listings, how many were found, which ids no longer exist and which requests failed.

### FAQ

**Which ids work?** The number in a listing link, for example 106387165 in `idealista.com/inmueble/106387165/`. An id belongs to one country: a Spanish id is not found on idealista.pt.

**What happens to removed listings?** Listings that were removed or have expired are not returned and not counted as results. They are listed in `SUMMARY`. If none of your listings exist any more, the run fails with a clear message.

**Does it search by place or filters?** No, it only reads the listings you give it. Use one of the search Actors linked above to find listings first.

**Are private sellers included?** Yes, if the listing is public. Contact details are those Idealista shows on the listing; some listings show no phone number.

**Does it need a login or cookies?** No.

# Actor input Schema

## `listings` (type: `array`):

Idealista listing links (idealista.com/inmueble/..., idealista.pt/imovel/..., idealista.it/immobile/...) or bare listing ids. The country is taken from the link; bare ids use the country below. Up to 2,500 per run; duplicates are removed.

## `country` (type: `string`):

Only used for entries that are plain ids. An id belongs to one Idealista site and is not found on the others.

## `language` (type: `string`):

Language of the generated title, feature phrases and area names. The advertiser's own description is always returned as written, plus any translations Idealista offers.

## `includeImages` (type: `boolean`):

Add the thumbnail and the full list of photo URLs. Photo links are signed by Idealista and expire after a few days, so download them promptly.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Requests go out directly. The proxy is only used to switch to a fresh IP when Idealista temporarily blocks the current one.

{
  "listings": [
    "https://www.idealista.com/inmueble/106387165/",
