## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Idealista Agency Listings by Phone Number

Type in the phone number of a real estate agency and get every listing that agency has on Idealista (Spain, Portugal or Italy), as clean rows: price, size, rooms, address, coordinates, photos and the agency's contact details. No Idealista account is needed.

This Actor answers one question: **"what does the agency behind this phone number have for sale or rent?"** If you want to search a whole city or build a list of agencies instead, use [Idealista Scraper](https://apify.com/axlymxp/idealista-scraper) or [Idealista Agency Lead Extractor](https://apify.com/axlymxp/idealista-agency-lead-extractor).

### What you get

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `propertyCode`, `url`, `title` | Idealista listing id, link and title |
| `operation`, `propertyType`, `status` | sale or rent, flat / chalet / penthouse ..., condition |
| `price`, `currency`, `pricePerM2` | Asking price (monthly for rentals) and price per m2 |
| `priceDropValue`, `priceDropPercentage`, `priceDropDate` | Latest price reduction, when there is one |
| `sizeM2`, `rooms`, `bathrooms`, `floor` | Size and layout |
| `hasLift`, `exterior`, `hasParking`, `hasTerrace`, `hasGarden`, `hasSwimmingPool`, `hasAirConditioning`, `hasStorageRoom` | Features |
| `address`, `neighborhood`, `district`, `municipality`, `province`, `latitude`, `longitude` | Location |
| `description`, `labels`, `numPhotos`, `thumbnail`, `images` | Text and photo URLs (photo links expire after a few days) |
| `hasVideo`, `has360`, `has3DTour`, `hasPlan` | Media flags |
| `agencyName`, `agencyContactName`, `agencyPhone`, `agencyPhoneInternational`, `agencyMicrosite`, `agencyLogo`, `sellerType` | Agency contact |
| `phoneSearched`, `scrapedAt` | Your input phone and the run time |

### Use cases

- Track a competitor agency's portfolio: new listings, price drops, rentals vs sales.
- Check which properties an agency really has before you contact it.
- Match a phone number from an ad, flyer or CRM to the agency and its listings.
- Feed an agency's listings into your own database or a valuation model.

### Input

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `phones` | One or more agency phone numbers, as shown on their Idealista listings (spaces and a +34 / +351 / +39 prefix are accepted) |
| `country` | `es`, `pt` or `it` |
| `operation` | `both`, `sale` or `rent` |
| `propertyType` | `homes`, `newDevelopments`, `offices`, `premises`, `transfers`, `garages`, `lands`, `storageRooms`, `buildings`, or `all` |
| `maxItems` | Total listings to return (default 100) |
| `includeImages` | Add thumbnail and photo URLs |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Used only to switch IP if Idealista temporarily blocks the current one |

```json
{
    "phones": ["865440400"],
    "country": "es",
    "operation": "both",
    "propertyType": "homes",
    "maxItems": 100
}
```

The older single `phone` field is still accepted.

### Scheduling and integrations

Run it on a schedule and compare datasets to see new listings and price drops, or call it from the Apify API, webhooks, Make, n8n or Zapier. Each run also stores a `SUMMARY` record with the agency found for every phone number and the listing count.

### FAQ

**Which phone numbers work?** The number the agency shows on its Idealista listings. If no agency uses the number, the run fails with a clear message instead of returning empty results.

**Does it return private sellers?** No. A phone number is matched to an agency microsite, so results are professional agency listings.

**Is there a limit per agency?** Idealista pages through about 62 pages of 30 listings per query, so one operation and property type returns up to roughly 1,800 listings.

**Does it need a login or cookies?** No.

# Actor input Schema

## `phones` (type: `array`):

Phone numbers of the agencies to look up, as shown on their Idealista listings. Spaces and a +34 / +351 / +39 prefix are accepted. Each number is matched to one agency microsite.

## `phone` (type: `string`):

Older single-number field, still accepted. Prefer the list above.

## `country` (type: `string`):

The Idealista site where the agency advertises.

## `operation` (type: `string`):

Which of the agency's listings to return.

## `propertyType` (type: `string`):

Category of listings to return.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Total listings to return across all phone numbers. The run stops as soon as this many are collected.

## `includeImages` (type: `boolean`):

Add the thumbnail and the list of photo URLs. Photo links are signed by Idealista and expire after a few days, so download them promptly.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Requests go out directly. The proxy is only used to switch to a fresh IP when Idealista temporarily blocks the current one.
