## Pricing

from $0.50 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Google Ads Transparency Leads Scraper — Advertisers & Live Google Ads

Hunting brands on the **Google Ads Transparency Center** by hand does not scale. Paste one URL and get verified advertisers, live creatives, and run dates as clean JSON in seconds — built for competitor research, agency prospecting, and compliance workflows.

### Engineering Excellence & Reliability 🚀

- **One URL, two superpowers:** Domain or advertiser pages return every matching **ad creative**; keyword URLs (`q=`) return **advertiser leads** (names, IDs, regions, ad-volume bands, related domains).
- **Official public data:** Same disclosures anyone can open in the Transparency Center — Search, YouTube, Display, Shopping, and more.
- **Pagination handled for you:** Large pulls keep going up to your **maxItems**; duplicate creatives are skipped.
- **We bypass the website limitation and go beyond it.** Duplicates are skipped.
- **Optional fetchFullDetails:** When Google returns a full creative record, you get the richer JSON in the same row — no second export step.
- **Clean exports:** JSON, CSV, Excel, or API — ready for CRMs, dashboards, and AI pipelines.

### 🛠️ How to Play

#### Input

| Field | Type | Description |
|-------|------|-------------|
| `startUrl` | String | **(Required)** Transparency Center URL — see examples below. |
| `maxItems` | Number | Max ads or leads to save (default 100). |
| `fetchFullDetails` | Boolean | Detail RPC (EU impressions / `countryStats`), preview script fetch, optional OCR. |
| `ocrAdText` | Boolean | OCR simgad images for on-creative copy when details are on (default true). |

#### Example 1 — Competitor ads by domain (US)

Copy the URL from your browser after searching a site on [Ads Transparency Center](https://adstransparency.google.com/).

```json
{
  "startUrl": "https://adstransparency.google.com/?region=US&domain=nike.com",
  "maxItems": 100,
  "fetchFullDetails": false
}
```

#### Example 2 — Advertiser lead list by keyword

Use `q=` (or `query=`) for advertiser and domain suggestions — ideal for outbound prospecting.

```json
{
  "startUrl": "https://adstransparency.google.com/?region=US&q=insurance",
  "maxItems": 50,
  "fetchFullDetails": false
}
```

#### Example 3 — Deep creative payload

```json
{
  "startUrl": "https://adstransparency.google.com/?region=DE&domain=booking.com",
  "maxItems": 25,
  "fetchFullDetails": true
}
```

### 🆓 Free tier limitations

Try the actor before you scale:

- **Up to 5 items** per run on the free plan.
- **5 runs** per calendar day (UTC).
- **At least 60 seconds** between runs.

Need higher volume? [**Upgrade to a paid Apify plan**](https://apify.com/pricing?fpr=cbgdsf) for full **maxItems** and no cooldown.

### 📦 What’s in the Box?

Each **ad** is one JSON object aligned with Store actors (Lexis / vulcandata field names — not raw RPC keys):

```json
{
  "recordType": "ad",
  "id": "CR11870357563881029633",
  "creativeId": "CR11870357563881029633",
  "advertiserId": "AR16735076323512287233",
  "advertiserName": "Nike, Inc.",
  "landingDomain": "nike.com",
  "format": "IMAGE",
  "url": "https://adstransparency.google.com/advertiser/AR16735076323512287233/creative/CR11870357563881029633?region=US",
  "originUrl": "https://adstransparency.google.com/?region=US&domain=nike.com",
  "firstShownAt": "1669826175",
  "lastShownAt": "1792091177",
  "firstShown": "2022-11-30",
  "lastShown": "2026-10-15",
  "numServedDays": 1090,
  "impressions": null,
  "shownCountries": ["United States"],
  "countryStats": [],
  "audienceSelections": [],
  "variants": [{ "imageUrl": "https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/archive/simgad/...", "images": ["https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/..."] }],
  "previewHtml": "<img src=\"https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/archive/simgad/...\">",
  "imageUrl": "https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/archive/simgad/...",
  "searchTotalAdsMin": "8000",
  "searchTotalAdsMax": "9000",
  "region": "US",
  "searchDomain": "nike.com"
}
```

**TEXT/VIDEO** rows include `previewUrl` / `contentJsUrl`; TEXT ads get copy from the `overlay=` parameter when present. **IMAGE** ads with **fetchFullDetails** + **ocrAdText** run Tesseract on `simgad` previews (~1s/ad) so plain image creatives still get searchable `adText` (`adTextSource: "ocr"`). Detail uses the public `GetCreativeById` shape `{5:{1,2,3:geo}}` (field **17** → `countryStats` / EU impression bands); the actor retries viewer geo US/DE/GB/FR.

Each **advertiser lead** (keyword search) looks like this:

```json
{
  "recordType": "advertiser_lead",
  "advertiserName": "Nike, Inc.",
  "advertiserId": "AR16735076323512287233",
  "region": "US",
  "adsCountMin": 9000,
  "adsCountMax": 10000,
  "verified": true,
  "advertiserUrl": "https://adstransparency.google.com/advertiser/AR16735076323512287233?region=US",
  "searchKeyword": "nike",
  "startUrl": "https://adstransparency.google.com/?region=US&q=nike"
}
```

**Domain leads** use `recordType: "domain_lead"` with `domain`, `transparencySearchUrl`, and `searchKeyword`.

Maximum ads or advertiser leads to save. Effective limit also respects run budget and free-tier cap (5 for free users).

## `ocrAdText` (type: `boolean`):
