### Unreleased - Free plan: 100 domains per run

- Free Apify plans run exactly like paid ones: up to 100 domains per run (the run limit), as many runs as their Apify credit covers. Replaces the $1 / 14-day trial, which was never published. No run-history lookups; `trial_ended` is gone.

- Free Apify plans can now run the Actor, limited to 5 results per run (`FREE_PLAN_MAX_RESULTS`). Paid plans have no limit. When free-plan input is cut, one free explanation row with status `free_plan_limit` says how many domains were not processed. The `paid_plan_required` exit is removed.
