## SEC Disclosure Risk Feed Aggregator

An offline A03 actor that converts supplied, validated SEC suite records into
deterministic, evidence-linked disclosure signals. It never fetches SEC data or
runs another Actor. The output is a monitoring feed, not investment, legal, or
compliance advice.

Accepted records are S01 8-K events, S02 filing changes, S06 financial
disclosures, S10 governance, S14 corporate actions, S15 comment letters and
S16 enforcement events, all at schema major 1. Use either inline records or
explicit dataset references from the current Apify run context.

`severityBand` is mechanical: 8-K Item 4.02, public enforcement events, and
financial restatements are `highAttention`; other documented changes follow
the versioned rules included in each output. It has no sentiment analysis and
does not make an investment assessment.
