## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 price rows

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Refurbed Price Tracker – 23 EU Countries & Condition Grades

Scrape and monitor **Refurbed** prices for refurbished iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, MacBooks, iPads, laptops, Apple Watches, consoles and more, in **23 European countries**. You get one row per **product variant × condition grade × country**: Premium, Excellent, Very good and Good, with price, currency, offer URL and rating. Turn on price tracking to see what went **up or down since your last run**.

Most Refurbed scrapers cover Germany only. This one reads every Refurbed country site (DE, AT, NL, BE, FR, IT, ES, IE, PT, FI, SK, SI, HR, LT, LV, EE, LU, PL, SE, DK, CZ, BG, CH) with the same product slug, so cross-border price comparison is one run.

### Why use this Actor?

- **Grade-level prices.** Each condition grade is a separate row with its own offer id. You don't get only a "from" price.
- **Cross-country comparison.** The same product appears in every country, priced in local currency (EUR, PLN, SEK, DKK, CZK, BGN, CHF).
- **Price monitoring built in.** It stores the previous price and returns `priceChange`, `priceChangePct` and `changeType` (new / up / down / unchanged). You can also choose to output only price changes, for alerts.
- **Polite and lightweight.** It uses only public product pages and sitemaps (allowed by robots.txt). There's no login and no browser. It makes about one request per second per country.
- **Pay per result.** You pay only for rows saved. Baseline, no-results and error rows are free.

### Use cases

- Resellers and repair shops tracking refurbished iPhone and Samsung price levels per grade.
- Price comparison sites and affiliates showing the cheapest country or grade.
- Market research on refurbished electronics pricing across the EU.
- Daily alerts when a specific model in a specific grade drops below your target price.
- Comparing Refurbed against Back Market, Swappie or new-device prices.

### Input examples

One product in Germany and the Netherlands (default variant, all grades):

```json
{ "products": ["iphone-13"], "countries": ["de", "nl"] }
```

All colours and storage sizes of the iPhone 15 Pro, Excellent grade only, under €700:

```json
{ "products": ["https://www.refurbed.de/p/iphone-15-pro/"], "countries": ["de"], "allVariants": true, "grades": ["excellent"], "maxPrice": 700 }
```

Daily price-drop monitor for the first 30 iPhones in five countries:

```json
{ "categories": ["iphones"], "countries": ["de", "at", "nl", "fr", "it"], "maxProductsPerCountry": 30, "trackChanges": true, "onlyChanges": true, "stateKey": "iphones-5c" }
```

Some useful category slugs: `iphones`, `samsung-phones`, `google-phones`, `smartphones`, `ipads`, `tablets`, `macbooks`, `laptops`, `apple-watches`, `smartwatches`, `consoles`, `headphones`, `cameras`, `monitors`, `desktops`.

### Output example

```json
{
  "status": "ok",
  "country": "de",
  "currency": "EUR",
  "product": "iPhone 13",
  "productSlug": "iphone-13",
  "brand": "Apple",
  "variant": "iPhone 13 - rosa 128 GB",
  "color": "rosa",
  "storage": "128 GB",
  "variantSku": "14156",
  "grade": "very_good",
  "gradeRank": 3,
  "gradeLabel": "Sehr gut",
  "price": 261.99,
  "offerId": "90139",
  "url": "https://www.refurbed.de/p/iphone-13/14156b/?offer=90139",
  "rating": 4.77,
  "reviewCount": 4558,
  "previousPrice": 269.99,
  "priceChange": -8,
  "priceChangePct": -2.96,
  "changeType": "down",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-11-02T15:06:37.615Z"
}
```

Grades are normalised across languages: `premium` (1), `excellent` (2), `very_good` (3), `good` (4). The original label is kept in `gradeLabel`.

### Pricing

Pay per event:

| Event | Price |
|---|---|
| Actor start | $0.001 per run |
| Price row (Free plan) | $0.002 ($2 per 1,000 rows) |
| Price row (Bronze) | $0.0018 |
| Price row (Silver) | $0.0016 |
| Price row (Gold and up) | $0.0014 |

A product in its default variant gives about 4 rows (one per grade), so 25 products in one country cost about $0.20. Use `grades`, `maxPrice` and `maxResults` to keep runs small.

### FAQ

**Is scraping Refurbed allowed?** The Actor reads only public product pages and the public sitemap. robots.txt allows both, and the Actor never touches login or account pages. Request rates are kept low. Use the data in line with Refurbed's terms and your local law.

**Why are prices different between countries?** Each Refurbed country site has its own merchants, stock, VAT and currency. That is exactly what this Actor helps you compare.

**What is the difference between "default variant" and "all variants"?** A product page shows one colour and storage combination by default. With `allVariants` on, the Actor also opens each other in-stock variant, up to `maxVariantsPerProduct`, using one extra request per variant.

**How does price tracking work?** Prices are stored in a named key-value store (`refurbed-price-tracker-state`), keyed by `stateKey`. Schedule the Actor daily with the same `stateKey` to build a price history and get only the changes.

**Is the battery-upgrade option included?** No. Prices are for the standard battery option shown by default.

Refurbed country sites to check. Prices are in local currency (EUR, PLN, SEK, DKK, CZK, BGN, CHF).

## `allVariants` (type: `boolean`):

Off: only the default variant shown on the product page (1 request per product). On: also open every other colour/storage variant (1 extra request each).

## `maxVariantsPerProduct` (type: `integer`):

Only used with 'All colours / storage sizes'.

Remember prices between runs (per state key) and add previousPrice, priceChange, priceChangePct and changeType (new/up/down/unchanged).

## `onlyChanges` (type: `boolean`):

With tracking on: output only rows whose price moved. The first run just saves a free baseline.

## `stateKey` (type: `string`):

Name of the price memory. Use a different key per watch list.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Hard cap on saved (and charged) rows.
