## Pricing

from $1.20 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## 🏏 Cricbuzz Scraper (Live Cricket Scores, Results & Scorecards)

Get Cricbuzz's live cricket scores, recent results and upcoming fixtures as clean rows: series, match, format, teams, score per innings, status, venue and start time, with optional full scorecards (every batter and bowler, extras, fall of wickets, partnerships, powerplays) and Cricbuzz's match forecast. No login, no browser: all three lists with 169 matches took 4 seconds in our test. Export to JSON/CSV/Excel, run on a schedule, call via API, or connect to Make, Zapier or n8n.

**What a run costs:** $0.0005 per match on the Free plan, $0.00048 on Bronze, $0.00046 on Silver and $0.00044 from Gold up. A full scorecard is $0.001 per match more ($0.00095, $0.0009, $0.00085), only when you switch it on. The forecast is free. Plus $0.00005 per run start. Match ids Cricbuzz does not know are not charged.

### 🔎 What is the Cricbuzz Scraper?

It reads the match lists Cricbuzz's own pages show (live, recent results of about the last week, fixtures of the coming five to seven days in international, domestic, league and women's cricket) and, per match, the scorecard and forecast calls the match page makes. Any older match is read by its link or id.

#### What data does it extract?

- **Match:** `matchId`, `url`, `list` (live, recent, upcoming), `seriesName`, `seriesCategory`, `matchDesc` (3rd T20I, Final…), `matchFormat` (TEST, ODI, T20…), `state`, `status` (result or situation), `startTime`, `endTime`
- **Teams and venue:** `team1`, `team2`, `venue` (ground, city, time zone)
- **Score:** `matchScore` with runs, wickets and overs per team and innings, as Cricbuzz gives them
- **Raw objects:** `matchInfo` (team ids, short names, image ids, series ids), so nothing is lost
- **Scorecard (optional):** `innings[]` with `battingTeam`, `runs`, `wickets`, `overs`, `runRate`, `batting[]` (runs, balls, fours, sixes, strike rate, how out), `bowling[]` (overs, maidens, runs, wickets, economy, wides, no-balls), `extras`, `fallOfWickets[]`, `partnerships[]`, `powerplays[]`; plus `result`
- **Forecast (optional):** `forecast`, Cricbuzz's prematch forecast where it has one

#### Example input

```json
{
  "includeScorecard": true
}
```

### ⬆️ Output

One row per match (shortened, a real match):

```json
{
  "matchId": 151587,
  "url": "https://www.cricbuzz.com/live-cricket-scores/151587",
  "list": "recent",
  "seriesName": "West Indies tour of India, 2026",
  },
  "innings": [
    {
```

An upcoming fixture has the same fields without score, for example `"CSA T20 Challenge 2026"`, `"Pool B"`, `"Western Province"` against `"Boland"`, `"2026-10-14T16:00:00Z"`.

### 💡 Use cases

- 📱 **Apps and bots:** live scores and results for a cricket app, a Discord or Telegram bot.
- 📊 **Fantasy and analytics:** every batter's and bowler's figures per match, partnerships and powerplay runs.
- 📰 **Media:** daily fixtures and results lists for a site or newsletter.
- 🗓️ **Schedules:** the coming week's fixtures in international, domestic, league and women's cricket.

### 🤖 For AI agents

```json
{ "lists": ["live"], "includeScorecard": true }
```

No credentials. `matchUrls` takes any Cricbuzz match link or id.

### 📏 Limits

- **Lists are what Cricbuzz shows:** recent results of about the last week and fixtures of the next five to seven days. Older matches are read by link or id.
- **A match's list follows its state:** a match that has not started is `upcoming`, one in progress or interrupted (stumps, rain) is `live`, a finished one is `recent`. A finished match today is in `recent`, not `live`.
- **Forecasts** exist for some matches only (mostly internationals); otherwise `forecast` is empty.
- **Ball-by-ball commentary** is not included in this version.
- **Live data** is a snapshot of the moment the run reads it. Schedule the Actor for regular updates.

### ❓ FAQ

**How fast is it?** All three lists, 169 matches, took 4 seconds; six matches with scorecards took 2 seconds.

**Can I get only one series?** Yes, put a word of its name in `seriesFilter`, for example `ipl` or `india`.

**Can I get an old match?** Yes, put its Cricbuzz link or id into `matchUrls`.

**Am I charged for scorecards I did not ask for?** No. Scorecards are a separate charge, only with `includeScorecard`.

**Is it legal?** It reads data Cricbuzz shows every visitor. Check the terms of Cricbuzz and of the competitions for your use, especially for commercial redistribution.
