## Pricing

from $1.20 / 1,000 job scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## LinkedIn Jobs Search Scraper

**Scrape LinkedIn job postings by keyword and location — no login, no cookies.** Give it what you'd type into LinkedIn's job search (`keywords` + `location`) and get back a clean, structured list of jobs: title, company, location, posted date, full description, seniority, employment type, job function, industries and applicant count.

Great for **job market research, recruiting, lead generation, salary/skills analysis, and building a job board**. Pay only for what you scrape — no monthly minimum.

### What it does

- Searches LinkedIn's **public guest job search** (the results anyone can see without an account).
- Paginates automatically until it reaches your `maxJobs` or runs out of results.
- Optionally opens each job for the **full description and job criteria**.
- Filters by **remote**, **date posted** (24h / week / month) and **experience level**.

### Input

| Field | Type | Description |
|-------|------|-------------|
| `keywords` | string | Search terms, e.g. `software engineer`, `product manager`. |
| `location` | string | City / region / country, e.g. `Berlin`, `United States`, `Remote`. |
| `maxJobs` | integer | How many jobs to scrape (default `50`). |
| `fetchDescription` | boolean | Fetch full description + criteria per job (default `true`). Turn off for a faster, cards-only run. |
| `remote` | boolean | Only jobs flagged Remote. |
| `datePosted` | select | `any`, `past24h`, `week`, `month`. |
| `experienceLevel` | select | `any`, `internship`, `entry`, `associate`, `mid_senior`, `director`, `executive`. |

#### Example input

```json
{
  "keywords": "software engineer",
  "location": "Berlin",
  "maxJobs": 50,
  "fetchDescription": true,
  "datePosted": "week"
}
```

### Output

One record per job:

```json
{
  "jobId": "4463496178",
  "title": "Senior Software Developer",
  "company": "JetBrains",
  "companyUrl": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/jetbrains",
  "location": "Berlin, Berlin, Germany",
  "postedDate": "2026-09-30",
  "postedDateText": "3 days ago",
  "jobUrl": "https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4463496178/",
  "description": "Wer wir sind ...",
  "seniority": "Mid-Senior level",
  "employmentType": "Full-time",
  "jobFunction": "Engineering and Information Technology",
  "industries": "Software Development",
  "applicants": 75,
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-04T12:00:00.000Z"
}
```

### Proxy & reliability

LinkedIn is aggressive about anti-bot, so this Actor uses an **Apify Residential proxy** by default, realistic browser headers, low concurrency and automatic retry/back-off with session rotation. Proxy/platform usage is billed to your account (standard Apify PPE). If residential isn't available it falls back to auto/datacenter, which LinkedIn may block.

### Pricing

Pay-per-result: **$0.002 per job scraped**. No run minimum — a 50-job run costs about **$0.10** plus proxy usage.

# Actor input Schema

## `keywords` (type: `string`):

Job search keywords, e.g. "software engineer", "product manager", "data analyst". Matches LinkedIn's public job search.

Only return jobs flagged as Remote by LinkedIn.

## `datePosted` (type: `string`):

Filter by how recently the job was posted.

## `experienceLevel` (type: `string`):
