## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 profile scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Threads Profile & Posts Scraper - no login, no API key

**The Threads scraper that just works.** Give it Threads usernames or profile URLs and get back clean JSON: follower count, bio, verified badge, profile picture and the latest posts with likes, replies, reposts, timestamps and media links. No Meta login, no API key, no cookies.

Threads (threads.net / threads.com) is Meta's fast-growing text platform, and good scrapers are still rare. This one is cheap, fast and built to stay reliable.

### What you get per profile

- `username`, `fullName`, `userId`
- `biography` and `bioLinks`
- `followers` (exact number, not "5.7M")
- `isVerified`, `isPrivate`
- `profilePicUrl` (HD)
- `posts[]`: `id`, `code`, `text`, `likeCount`, `replyCount`, `repostCount`, `quoteCount`, `isReply`, `timestamp` (ISO), `mediaUrls`, `url`

### Use cases

- **Influencer research and outreach**: rank creators by followers and engagement.
- **Brand and competitor monitoring**: track what rivals post and what performs.
- **Trend and content analysis**: collect posts and engagement for any set of accounts.
- **Lead generation**: bios and links of niche creators.
- **Datasets** for AI, sentiment analysis and social listening.

### Input

```json
{
  "usernames": ["zuck", "mosseri", "https://www.threads.net/@instagram"],
  "postsLimit": 15,
  "includeReplies": true
}
```

- `usernames`: handles (with or without @) or profile URLs.
- `postsLimit`: latest posts per profile (default 15, max 50, 0 = profile only). Without login Threads exposes roughly the 15-25 most recent posts.
- `includeReplies`: keep replies written by the profile owner.

### Example output

```json
{
  "username": "zuck",
  "fullName": "Mark Zuckerberg",
  "userId": "63055343223",
  "biography": "Mostly superintelligence and MMA takes",
  "followers": 5746796,
  "isVerified": true,
  "posts": [
    {
      "id": "3996155940894885511",
      "code": "Dd1MqfcG0aH",
      "text": "We believe superintelligence will create significant new opportunities...",
      "likeCount": 2642,
      "replyCount": 480,
      "repostCount": 120,
      "timestamp": "2026-09-28T14:55:32.000Z",
      "url": "https://www.threads.net/@zuck/post/Dd1MqfcG0aH"
    }
  ]
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$0.0015 per profile scraped** (posts included). Cheaper than most alternatives, and no API key or paid account needed. Proxy and platform usage are billed by Apify as usual.

### Notes

- Only public profiles are supported. Private or missing profiles return an error record and are not charged.
- Engagement counts are those shown publicly at scrape time.
- Scrape responsibly and respect Threads' terms and applicable privacy laws.
