Scrape market data from **Yahoo Finance** — stocks, ETFs, indexes, crypto and forex. Get live price, ranges, volume and **full OHLCV historical candles** by ticker, or find tickers by name.

### What it extracts

**Per symbol (quote):**

- `symbol`, `name`, `instrument_type`, `currency`, `exchange`
- `price`, `previous_close`, `day_high`, `day_low`
- `fifty_two_week_high`, `fifty_two_week_low`, `volume`, `market_time`
- `history` — array of OHLCV candles (`date, open, high, low, close, adjclose, volume`)

**Per search result:** `symbol`, `name`, `exchange`, `quote_type`, `sector`, `industry`.

- Uses Yahoo Finance's public JSON endpoints — free, no key.
- No proxy required (datacenter proxy only helps at very high volume).
- Intraday intervals (`1m`–`60m`) are limited to recent ranges by Yahoo.
