## Pricing

from $1.60 / 1,000 job postings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Meinestadt Scraper · No Login, All Cities

Scrape job postings from [meinestadt.de](https://www.meinestadt.de)'s Stellenmarkt, a German local classifieds network with its own job board for every city, and get clean structured data: title, company, address, salary, employment type, skills, benefits and full description — no login, no browser.

### What you can do with it

- **Scan several German cities in one run.** Pass any list of meinestadt.de city slugs; 14 major cities are scanned by default.
- **Track local hiring.** Postings carry a stable numeric ID and a public URL for deduplication across daily runs.
- **Benchmark pay by city.** `salaryMin`/`salaryMax`/`salaryPeriod` carry the employer's own published or site-estimated range, when disclosed.
- **Filter by role.** Keywords match the title and company, so you can narrow a run to a trade without rescraping everything.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cities | meinestadt.de city slugs, for example `berlin` or `frankfurt-am-main`. Empty means 14 major German cities. |
| Keywords | Words that must all appear in the title or company, for example `lager`. Accents and case are ignored. Empty means every posting. |
| Maximum number of postings | The run stops once this many postings are saved (default 50). |
| Include full descriptions | Adds the full job description as plain text. |

Example input:

```json
{
  "cities": ["berlin", "hamburg"],
  "keywords": "lager",
  "maxItems": 50,
  "includeDescriptions": true
}
```

### Output

One record per posting:

```json
{
  "id": "100015809611",
  "url": "https://jobs.meinestadt.de/berlin/premium?id=100015809611",
  "title": "Quereinsteiger / Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Medizinprodukteaufbereitung",
  "companyName": "INSTRUCLEAN GmbH",
  "street": "Nunsdorfer Ring",
  "postalCode": "10178",
  "city": "Berlin",
  "region": null,
  "country": "Deutschland",
  "salaryMin": 29700,
  "salaryMax": 37319,
  "salaryCurrency": "EUR",
  "salaryPeriod": "year",
  "salaryEstimated": null,
  "employmentType": "Vollzeit",
  "skills": ["DIN", "EN ISO 13485", "ISO-Normen", "Quereinsteiger"],
  "benefits": ["Job-Rad", "Betriebliche Altersvorsorge", "Sorgfältige Einarbeitung", "Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen"],
  "quickApply": false,
  "datePosted": "2026-10-20",
  "validThrough": "2026-12-12",
  "description": "Fachgerechte Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten..."
}
```

Export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the Apify API.

### Why this one

- **Several cities per run, not one.** Most alternatives on the Store scrape a single city at a time; this one takes a list and dedupes across it.
- **Clean numeric salary, not a text chip.** The site shows salary as a display chip (e.g. "3.083 € - 3.961 €/Monat"); this actor reads the posting's own structured `baseSalary` data instead and only falls back to the chip when a posting has none.
- **No browser, no proxy.** meinestadt.de's listing and posting pages are read directly over HTTPS with realistic headers, so a 50-posting run finishes in well under a minute.

### Good to know

- meinestadt.de's own pagination (`?page=`) and keyword-search parameter are both disallowed by the site's robots.txt for every robot, so this actor widens coverage by scanning more cities instead of paging through one city, and matches keywords locally once a page is fetched.
- Postings come from the city's current results page, so a run with a short city list and a modest `maxItems` stays fast and cheap.
- The dataset contains job postings only. No personal contact details of individual recruiters or applicants are collected — only company names, which are public employer information.

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$2.00 per 1,000 postings**, plus $0.00005 per run start. For example, 100 postings cost about $0.20. You only pay for the postings you receive, and platform usage is included in that price.

### Run it from your code

JavaScript:

```js
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: process.env.APIFY_TOKEN });
const run = await client.actor('bibian/meinestadt-jobs-scraper').call({
  cities: ['berlin', 'hamburg'],
  maxItems: 100,
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
```

Python:

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient(token="<APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("bibian/meinestadt-jobs-scraper").call(run_input={
    "cities": ["berlin", "hamburg"],
    "maxItems": 100
})
items = client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).list_items().items
```

### Frequently asked questions

**Do I need an account, cookies or a proxy for meinestadt.de?** No. The actor reads publicly visible pages only.

**How do I cover more of Germany?** Add more city slugs to the `cities` input; use the slug from the city's own `jobs.meinestadt.de/<city>` address.

**Which formats can I export?** JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML table or RSS, from the dataset page or through the API.

**Can I connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n or Google Sheets?** Yes, through Apify integrations and webhooks.

**Is it legal to scrape?** The actor collects publicly visible postings and respects the robots.txt rules of the site. How you use the data is your responsibility: check the site's terms and the laws that apply to you, for example the GDPR.

**Something does not work?** Open an issue in the Issues tab. Every public actor is test-run daily and the broken ones are repaired.

**Did this save you time?** A short review on the Store page helps other people find the actor, and tells me what to improve next.

# Actor input Schema

## `cities` (type: `array`):

meinestadt.de city slugs to scan, for example "berlin" or "frankfurt-am-main" (use the slug from the city's own jobs.meinestadt.de/<city> address). Leave empty for 14 major German cities.

## `keywords` (type: `string`):

Words that must all appear in the job title or company, for example "lager" or "pflege". meinestadt.de offers no server-side keyword search, so this filters the fetched postings. Accents and case are ignored. Empty means every posting.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

The run stops once this many postings are saved.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

For scheduled runs. Skip the results that an earlier run of this same search already delivered, so each run returns, and charges, only what is new. The memory is kept in the key-value store "only-new-memory-bibian" of your account.

## `includeDescriptions` (type: `boolean`):

Add the full job description as plain text.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "cities": [
    "berlin",
    "hamburg",
    "muenchen"
  ],
  "maxItems": 50,
  "onlyNew": false,
  "includeDescriptions": true
}
```
