## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Pracuj.pl Scraper · Polish Jobs, No Login

Extract Polish job postings from pracuj.pl, Poland's largest job board: title, company, location, salary when published, contract type, work schedule, remote policy and full description. No login, no browser.

### What you can do with it

- **Monitor every new posting on Poland's largest job board.** A real search, with pracuj.pl's own pagination, not a rotation through a fixed list of cities.
- **Filter to a role.** Use `keywords` to search pracuj.pl itself, for example `programista` or `księgowa`.
- **Check what employers actually pay.** `salary` carries the published range exactly as the employer wrote it, whenever disclosed.
- **Feed a job alert or aggregator.** Every posting comes with its own stable URL and ID for deduplication across runs.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `keywords` | Search text applied on pracuj.pl itself, for example `programista` or `księgowa`. Empty means every posting. |
| `maxItems` | The run stops once this many postings are saved (default 50). |
| `includeDescriptions` | Fetch each posting's own page for the full description (default on; one extra request per posting). |

Example input:

```json
{
  "keywords": "programista",
  "maxItems": 50,
  "includeDescriptions": true
}
```

### Output

One record per posting (a posting published for several cities becomes one record per city):

```json
{
  "id": "1005134441",
  "url": "https://www.pracuj.pl/praca/serwisant-automatyk-mobilny-k-m-izabelin-dziekanowek-pow-nowodworski-modlinska-11,oferta,1005134441",
  "title": "Serwisant Automatyk Mobilny (K/M)",
  "company": "Bergerat Monnoyeur",
  "companyUrl": "https://pracodawcy.pracuj.pl/company/20000846",
  "location": "Izabelin-Dziekanówek (pow. nowodworski)",
  "remote": false,
  "salary": null,
  "contractTypes": ["Umowa o pracę"],
  "workSchedules": ["Pełny etat"],
  "workModes": ["Praca mobilna"],
  "positionLevels": ["Pracownik fizyczny / Pracowniczka fizyczna"],
  "datePosted": "2026-10-02T23:31:42.113Z",
  "expirationDate": "2026-11-02T22:59:59Z",
  "description": "Twój zakres obowiązków\n- instalacja, obsługa oraz serwis..."
}
```

Export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the Apify API.

### Why this one

- **Real pagination, not a rotation.** pracuj.pl's own page parameter is open to every crawler, so this Actor pages through the real result list instead of guessing at a handful of fixed searches.
- **Full description assembled from the site's own content blocks** (responsibilities, requirements, benefits, about the employer), not a short teaser snippet.
- **One record per city for a multi-location posting**, each with its own URL, instead of one vague record that hides where the job actually is.

### Good to know

- Each posting's own `contractTypes`, `workSchedules`, `workModes` and `positionLevels` are the employer's own classification; a posting can carry more than one value in any of them.
- `salary` stays empty whenever the employer does not publish a range; most Polish postings do not.
- A line that carries an e-mail address is dropped from the description.
- The dataset contains job postings only. Recruiter and candidate personal data is never exported.
- This is an unofficial tool, not affiliated with Pracuj.pl or Grupa Pracuj. Check the site terms that apply to your use.

### FAQ

**Does it work without keywords?**
Yes. Leave `keywords` empty for a productive default run across the newest postings.

**Does it need a browser or a proxy?**
No browser. pracuj.pl's own server-rendered pages are read directly; depending on the account, some runs use the Apify datacenter proxy under the hood.

**Why does one posting sometimes appear more than once?**
Some employers publish the exact same opening for several cities at once; pracuj.pl groups those together, and this Actor expands the group so every city gets its own record and URL.
