## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Stellenanzeigen.de Jobs Scraper · No Login

Extract job postings from [stellenanzeigen.de](https://www.stellenanzeigen.de), a major German job board (over 10,000 live postings), and get clean structured data: title, company, location, employment type, industry and full description. No login, no browser, no proxy.

### What you can do with it

- **Monitor the German job market**: new postings by job title, across every industry and region.
- **Feed a job alert or an aggregator**: run it daily and get the newest postings, deduplicated by their stable numeric `id`.
- **Find companies that are hiring**: which employers recruit for a given role right now, with city and region.
- **Build a dataset for analysis**: employment type and industry are kept as clean, structured fields instead of free text.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Keywords | Job title or skill, for example `entwickler` or `pflegefachkraft`. Leave empty to get postings across every occupation. |
| Maximum number of postings | The run stops once this many postings are saved (default 50). |

Example input:

```json
{
  "keywords": "entwickler",
  "maxItems": 50
}
```

### Output

One record per posting:

```json
{
  "id": "126279",
  "url": "https://www.stellenanzeigen.de/job/app-entwickler-m-w-d-dinslaken-sde-126279/",
  "title": "App-Entwickler (m/w/d)",
  "companyName": "Standby GmbH",
  "city": "Dinslaken",
  "region": "Nordrhein-Westfalen",
  "postalCode": "46537",
  "employmentType": "FULL_TIME",
  "industry": "Software Engineering, Softwareentwicklung, Technische Informatik",
  "datePosted": "2026-10-14T00:00:01+00:00",
  "validThrough": "2026-12-13T21:59:00+00:00",
  "description": "App-Entwickler\nWir sind Hersteller von Sondersignalanlagen und Warntechnik für Feuerwehr-, Rettungs- und Polizeifahrzeuge...\nDein Aufgabengebiet\n- Design, Implementierung und Wartung mobiler Anwendungen für Android und iOS\n- Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer App-Funktionen..."
}
```

| Field | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| `id` | string | Stable numeric id, stays the same across runs. Use it to deduplicate. |
| `url` | string | Canonical posting URL on stellenanzeigen.de. |
| `title` | string | Job title as published. |
| `companyName` | string | Hiring company. Empty when the posting hides it. |
| `city` | string | City of the first listed work location. |
| `region` | string | German state (`Bundesland`) of that location. |
| `postalCode` | string | Postal code of that location. |
| `employmentType` | string | schema.org value, for example `FULL_TIME` or `PART_TIME`. Empty when not specified. |
| `industry` | string | Comma-separated industry tags, when the employer set any. |
| `datePosted` | string | ISO 8601 publication date. |
| `validThrough` | string | ISO 8601 date the posting expires. |
| `description` | string | Full job description as plain text. |

Export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the Apify API.

### Good to know

- A posting with several work locations keeps only the first one; this matches what the site itself shows first.
- Some postings omit industry tags, salary or a precise location; the matching fields are then empty rather than guessed.
- No browser and no proxy needed: runs are fast and cheap.
- The dataset contains job postings only. Any line that carries a named recruiter's signature, e-mail or direct phone number is removed from the description before it is saved; the hiring company's own name and address are kept.

### Why this one

- **Built for daily monitoring.** Every posting has a stable `id`, a `datePosted` and a `validThrough` date, so you can deduplicate across runs and drop expired ads.
- **Clean structured fields, not free text.** Employment type and industry come pre-parsed from the posting's own schema.org data instead of a block of HTML to re-parse yourself.
- **Pay only for what you get.** Priced per result, with no monthly rental and platform usage included.

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$2.00 per 1,000 postings**, plus $0.00005 per run start. For example, 100 postings cost about $0.20. You only pay for the postings you receive, and platform usage is included in that price.

### Run it from your code

JavaScript:

```js
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: process.env.APIFY_TOKEN });
const run = await client.actor('bibian/stellenanzeigen-jobs-scraper').call({
  keywords: 'entwickler',
  maxItems: 50,
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
```

Python:

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient(token="<APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("bibian/stellenanzeigen-jobs-scraper").call(run_input={
    "keywords": "entwickler",
    "maxItems": 50
})
items = client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).list_items().items
```

### Frequently asked questions

**Do I need an account, cookies or a proxy for stellenanzeigen.de?** No. The actor reads publicly visible pages only.

**How do I get only the new postings every day?** Save a task and schedule it daily with Apify Schedules. Deduplicate on the `id` field if you keep your own copy.

**Which formats can I export?** JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML table or RSS, from the dataset page or through the API.

**Can I connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n or Google Sheets?** Yes, through Apify integrations and webhooks.

**Is it legal to scrape?** The actor collects publicly visible postings and respects the robots.txt rules of the site. How you use the data is your responsibility: check the site's terms and the laws that apply to you, for example the GDPR.

**Something does not work?** Open an issue in the Issues tab. Every public actor is test-run daily and the broken ones are repaired.

**Did this save you time?** A short review on the Store page helps other people find the actor, and tells me what to improve next.
