- Review rows now respect the maximum cost per run; reviews stop when it is reached.
- Reviews leave room for the places still to come, so a maximum cost per run is never overshot by place rows after reviews filled it.
- With a maximum cost per run, the budget for the requested places is kept first and reviews use what is left; the Include Reviews input now says so.
- README: place addresses are in `street_address`, and `distanceKm` is only filled for radius searches.
- Incremental runs that end early (no search tasks, no results) release their lock.
- A run where every search fails to load now fails instead of reporting success with no results.
- `emitExpired` now delivers EXPIRED rows (listing id and seen-dates) for places that disappeared.
- A radius search keeps paging until enough places fall inside the radius and logs how many were dropped.
- Vacancy and real-estate runs with incremental mode on respect the maximum cost per run.
- Runs log how many places could not load their reviews.
