#### Fixed

- A radius search (lat, lon and radiusKm) now runs on its own, without a query.
- A run where every search fails (site down or an unknown location) now ends as failed with a clear message instead of an empty success.
- Change tracking no longer marks a listing as updated just because its details page could not be loaded on that run.
- An incremental run that finds nothing frees its state at once, so an immediate rerun is not told another run is busy.
