- Every listing now lists its amenities (lift, parking, gymnasium and so on) and says whether it is a property or a project (`resultType`).
- New option "Include new projects": also returns the new-project cards from the search page, with the builder, price range and possession status.
- Builder name on project rows and on listings posted by a builder.
- New option "Find contact emails": looks up a public contact email on the website of each advertiser or builder. Billed per contact email found; rows without one are free.
- Filters for bedrooms, property type, price, area (sq ft) and resale vs new booking; every returned row is checked against them.
- More listing types: PG, commercial buy/rent and new booking. Start URLs now also take a project's sale or rent listings page and a single property page.
- New fields: `transactionType`, `superAreaSqft` and `builtUpAreaSqft`; `contentHash` is now filled, so reposts are recognised.
- Start URLs now also take a project page: the project's own listings for sale and for rent are scraped.

#### Fixed

- Incremental runs with nothing new no longer stop after a fixed number of rows: they keep searching for new listings until the results end, and stop in time to save their results before the run timeout.
- Single property pages now include the advertiser's name and agency, so "Find contact emails" works for them too.
- A run where 99acres.com could not be reached now fails with a clear message instead of finishing empty.
- Incremental runs with a result limit now reach new listings further down the results, and "Emit expired" now delivers the expired rows it promises.
- A results page that starts with project cards no longer stops the search early, and the radius filter no longer costs rows from the result limit.
- Long incremental runs keep their state lock, and never remove another run's lock.
- A run stopped shortly before its run timeout now delivers the listings it already collected instead of none.
- Project pages now return the project's own listings wherever it is, and only that project's; a project page 99acres.com did not serve properly no longer marks the project's earlier listings as expired.
