### \[0.1.0] — 2026-10-31

Initial release.

#### Added

- Scrape rental listings from any property manager's AppFolio site: rent, beds, baths, square feet, address, coordinates, photos, availability, pet policy and amenities.
- Paste a site's listings page or a single listing page, or give the site name.
- Optional search radius around a latitude/longitude.
- Filter by rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, city, ZIP code, cat and dog policy, move-in date, online application and include/exclude keywords; sort by rent.
- Start from a property manager's own website when it forwards to its AppFolio listings, or from a single listing page even after it left the site's index.
- Descriptions as plain text, HTML or Markdown (`descriptionFormat`).
- Incremental runs find new and changed listings anywhere in a portfolio, report removed listings as EXPIRED rows (`emitExpired`), and fail clearly when a site cannot be read instead of reporting zero results.
- Optional listing-page details (full description, office contact, rental terms), paced to respect the site's crawl delay.

#### Fixed

- With `includeDetails` and include/exclude keywords, `maxResults` now counts matching listings: the run keeps reading the site until it has that many matches (or the site runs out), instead of stopping after the first `maxResults` listings and returning fewer.
- Amenities and included utilities are now read from the listings page itself, so they are filled without `includeDetails`, and include/exclude keywords match them; with `includeDetails` on, keywords are matched against the full listing page.
- A single listing page or a property manager's own website that cannot be reached now marks the run failed or partial instead of an empty result, and never causes listings to be reported as EXPIRED. Start URLs that do not lead to AppFolio no longer fall back to the site name.
