#### Added

- New `includeListingStats` toggle (on by default) for listing popularity: page views, clicks through to the agent and favourites. `includeDetails` now controls the price history on its own, so you can switch either off for faster runs.

#### Fixed

- Scheduled incremental runs no longer skip with zero results when the previous run finished less than 30 minutes earlier.
- Incremental runs now read the newest listings first, so new homes are not missed when `maxResults` limits the run.
- Property types accept any capitalisation and the site's Danish names (`rækkehus`, `ejerlejlighed`, ...); an unknown type now stops the run with a clear message instead of returning nothing.
- A run where every search fails now ends as failed instead of succeeding with zero results.
- Listings whose statistics or price history could not be loaded are now marked `detailFetched: false`.
- The `emitExpired` description now says what it does: removed listings are tracked between runs, not written to the dataset.
- The final run status now always reports the number of listings delivered and why the run ended.
