#### Added

- New option **Include Walk Score** (on by default, so nothing changes unless you turn it off). Turning it off reads every other detail field from Centris' much lighter listing data, which makes detail runs faster; only the Walk Score is left empty.

#### Fixed

- With a radius set, listings without coordinates are now left out instead of being returned, because they cannot be placed inside the circle.
- A location Centris does not recognise now stops the run at once with a clear message, instead of ending as an empty successful run.
- Every run now ends with a consistent summary of how many listings were delivered and how long it took.
- Runs near the memory limit now free memory in time instead of being stopped by the platform.
- With Walk Score turned off, a listing whose light data cannot be read now falls back to the full listing page instead of losing its detail fields.
- With Walk Score turned off, the annual tax total is never filled with the monthly figure.

#### Fixed

- The run now respects your maximum cost per run: it stops fetching once the limit is reached and ends cleanly instead of working on listings it cannot deliver.
- Searches larger than the 5,000 listings centris.ca will page through are reported as partial, with a hint to split the search; listings outside that window are never marked as expired.
- A detail page that cannot be read is logged, and in incremental mode it no longer shows up as a changed listing.
- French search URLs: rentals (`a-louer`) are labelled `rent`.
- `searchPage` is filled in on every listing.
- Choosing `html` or `markdown` as description format keeps the plain-text description instead of dropping it.
