- `maxResults` now counts the records you receive, not the ones scanned, so incremental runs no longer stop early.
- Incremental runs with `emitExpired` now output quotes that dropped off the list.
- Each record's `searchQuery` names the list or ticker it actually came from.
- Back-to-back incremental runs with the same settings no longer wait on a lock left by the previous run.
