- A location that is not recognised (not "City, ST", a ZIP code or a forrent.com URL) now stops the run with a clear message before any search, instead of being skipped while the run finished as a success. Run status reports now also include the number of listings returned and why the run ended.

- `location` is a structured object (coordinates, city, ZIP, state abbreviation); the one-line address is in `locationText`.
- Optional contact-email enrichment (`enrichEmails`): finds a public contact email and website for each property's management company. Every record also carries the management company name (`managementCompany`).
- Scrape ForRent.com apartment listings by city or ZIP, or from a pasted search-results URL: address, rent range, beds, baths, square footage, phone numbers, amenities, floor plans and pet policies.
- Runs stop cleanly at your spending limit and report it.
- Every record carries a `portalUrl` with the public page of the listing.
- Each listing now also reports its listing source (`tplsource`) and the full MITS phone record (raw and formatted).

#### Fixed

- A slow or timed-out response from the site is now retried instead of skipping the whole search, and results are saved after every page, so a run that reaches its time limit still delivers what it already collected.
- `emitExpired: true` now outputs a row (`changeType: EXPIRED`) for each listing that disappeared since the last incremental run.
- Compact output now keeps the contact email; you are only charged for an email that is in your results.
