#### Fixed

- Leaving Search empty now scrapes every home for sale in Spain, and a Location on its own searches that location, as the form describes. Before, such a run exited without results.
- With incremental mode, Max results counts new and changed listings, so listings that did not change no longer use it up and keep newer ones further down from being delivered.
- `emitExpired: true` now delivers an `EXPIRED` row for each listing that disappeared since the last complete run.
- With incremental mode, a search that now returns no listings still reports every previously seen listing as expired and saves that, and Max results no longer stops the scan early on runs with few new listings, so new listings further down are always reached and listings that were not checked are never marked expired.
- A run where fotocasa.es could not be reached now fails with a clear message instead of finishing as an empty success. A run where only some result pages could not be read finishes with a notice that results may be incomplete.
- With incremental mode, a finished run now frees its saved-state lock right away so the next scheduled run is not turned away, a long run keeps its lock for as long as it works, and a run that loses its lock to another run stops before delivering listings that run also delivers, so the same listing is never charged twice.
- With incremental mode, a run that loses its saved state to a newer run no longer sends notifications or app exports afterwards and no longer saves its state over the newer run's, so the same listings are never notified twice.
- Clearer run log messages, and `emailEnrichment.error` now gives a plain reason instead of a technical error.

#### Added

- Optional agency contact email and website (`enrichEmails`): for listings from a professional agency, adds `agencyEmail`, `agencyWebsite` and `emailEnrichment` from the agency's public Fotocasa page. Off by default.
- Scrape listings from fotocasa.es.
- Paste any fotocasa.es search URL (sale or rent, any property type, with its filters), or give a location such as "madrid-capital".
- Each row carries price in EUR, price per m², rooms, bathrooms, floor area, GPS coordinates, the full location hierarchy and the advertising agency with phone.
- Whole-region searches page through every result the search reports.
- A location fotocasa.es does not know stops the run with a clear message instead of returning an empty or wider search.
