### \[0.1.2] — 2026-10-27

#### Added

- Search filters: price, living area, plot area, rooms, bedrooms, property type, energy label, construction type, listed within the last N days, and a radius in km around a city. Filters in a pasted funda search URL (e.g. `price=`, `floor_area=`, `selected_area=amsterdam,10km`) are now applied too, and any you cannot apply are named in the log.
- A radius search whose city cannot be found stops with a clear message before searching, instead of widening to the whole country.
- New **Content Language** option: listing details in Dutch (default) or English.
- The search field now also takes a city: type e.g. **Amsterdam** to get every listing type in that city, or combine a listing type and a city such as `["huur","Utrecht"]`.

#### Fixed

- Pasting several funda search URLs now returns every listing that matches any of them: a listing one search's filters leave out is still delivered by a later search it does match, and still only once.
- Filters that contradict each other (for example the input asks for apartments while the pasted URL asks for houses) now return no listings, with a note in the log, instead of ignoring both.
- Searches without a result limit now read every part of funda's listing index instead of stopping after the first part.
- A city search no longer comes back empty when that city's listings start further into the index.
- With **Emit Expired** on, listings that left funda are now delivered as `EXPIRED` rows.
- Incremental runs now track every listing, not only the first ones up to your result limit, so new listings further down are no longer missed.
- Your maximum cost per run is respected exactly: the run stops when it is reached, and only listings you actually received are remembered as delivered.
- A run that cannot reach funda now fails with a clear message instead of finishing as an empty search.
- Listings that funda has removed are no longer returned.
- **Skip Reposts** now recognises a property that is relisted under a new ID.
- Overlapping incremental runs on the same search can no longer deliver the same listings twice.

### \[0.1.1] — 2026-10-27

#### Added

- New **Include Neighborhood Data** option: each listing gets its neighbourhood's inhabitants, share of families with children and average asking price per m² from funda Market Insights.
- New **Enrich with Contact Emails** option: each listing gets a `contactEmail` — the estate agent's email from funda, or one found on the agent's own website when funda lists none — with `contactEmailSource` saying which.

#### Fixed

- A listing is no longer reduced to its address and link when only the estate agent's contact page is temporarily unavailable — you still get the listing ID, price and all other details.
- Full listing details now arrive reliably on larger runs: a request that funda refuses is retried on a fresh connection instead of leaving the listing without its details.

### \[0.1.0] — 2026-10-27

Initial release.

#### Added

- Scrape listings from funda.nl.
- Paste a funda.nl search page or a single listing page as a start URL; a city that cannot be recognised now stops the run with a clear message instead of searching the whole country.
- Runs now respect your maximum charge and report how they ended.
