- Fixed: incremental searches now keep separate state per listing type and price range. If your search sets listingType to rent or sold, or sets a minimum or maximum price, the first incremental run after this update treats your search as new and delivers the current listings once. Searches that use none of these are unaffected.
- Fixed: in incremental mode, a listing whose detail page could not be loaded in a run is no longer reported as changed; it keeps its previous state, and a new listing that arrives without detail is not reported as changed when its detail loads later.
- Fixed: `status` no longer shows "Off Market" for a listing the search results still show as for sale.
- Fixed: `has3dTour` is null when the media gallery was not fetched (it was false).
- Fixed: skipReposts now works. `contentHash` identifies the property (address, beds, baths, size, lot), so a re-listing under a new id is recognised.

- Fixed: "Max results" is now honoured in incremental mode with expired listings on. Before, a run set to 100 could deliver (and bill) every new listing it found.
- Fixed: the maximum cost per run you set is respected. The run stops delivering when the budget is used up and ends as succeeded; listings it held back are delivered on your next incremental run.
- Fixed: the garage field is now filled (it was always empty).
- Fixed: listings without a description no longer show "No description available." as the description. On your first incremental run after this update, existing listings are re-baselined quietly (not reported as changed).
- Changed: run logs are shorter and show only progress.
