### \[0.1.0] — 2026-10-21

Initial release.

#### Added

- Scrape IAA salvage and insurance auto auctions from iaai.com by keyword or by pasting an iaai.com search URL.
- Each vehicle row carries damage, odometer, actual cash value, branch, lane and auction sale time (local and UTC), plus a link to the lot.
- Pages through the whole result set, including the Canadian and Ritchie Bros. partner lots listed at the end.
- A maximum cost per run is respected: the run stops cleanly when it is reached.
- Compact output keeps the vehicle title, so slim rows still name the vehicle.
- Searches recover more reliably when the site briefly refuses a request: retries now pause and back off before trying again.
- Searches ride out longer stretches of refused requests before giving up.
- Pasted iaai.com search URLs keep their filters, sort and ZIP; vehicle listing pages and single vehicle detail URLs are accepted too.
- New Vehicle categories and Makes inputs, and a Browse everything switch to scan all current inventory.
- Optional VIN decoding adds make, model and body details from NHTSA.
- Emit Expired Listings now delivers lots that left the site since the last run.
- Incremental runs keep scanning past unchanged lots, so new and updated lots later in the results are no longer missed.
- Failure messages are shorter and no longer show technical connection details.
- Shared iaai.com search links now keep their ZIP code, search radius and sort order, and a pasted URL with a filter the scraper cannot apply stops with a clear input error instead of returning a broader set of vehicles.
- A shared search link with a ZIP code added to it now keeps the link's search radius around that ZIP instead of searching without a radius.
