- Listing status: choose active deals, the pending/sold archive, or every status, and scrape exact deals with Deal IDs.
- Filters for states and cities (combined), asking price range and listed-date range.
- Optional seller-contact lookup on the wholesaler's own website, with `contactSource` showing where contacts came from. When the listing links no website, it is found from the company name or the listing contact's own email domain (`websiteSource`: `email_domain` / `company_domain`), and large company pages are read in full.
- `description_markdown` field; the Description format option now returns real text, HTML or Markdown.

#### Fixed

- Incremental runs with Emit expired now deliver deals that disappeared.
- Max Results now counts returned deals, so scheduled runs no longer stop at unchanged deals and miss price changes.
- Different radius and filter searches no longer share incremental state; a rolling listed-date window keeps one state, so scheduled "last 7 days" runs no longer re-report unchanged deals as new.
- A dropped connection while downloading the deal catalog is retried instead of failing the whole run.
- A slow wholesaler website can no longer stall the seller-contact lookup and hang the run.
- Seller-contact lookup no longer takes a website or contacts from a parked / for-sale domain or a domain that redirects elsewhere; such deals get no website instead of an unrelated lead.
- A run where investorlift.com could not be read now fails with a clear code instead of returning an empty success.
- An empty result no longer blocks the next scheduled run, and deals without a map location are no longer marked expired in radius searches.

- `portalUrl` on every record links to the deal page.
- Radius search: set Latitude, Longitude and Search Radius to get only deals near a point. Deals without a map location are left out of a radius search.
- Start URLs: paste an investorlift.com marketplace link or a deal link (investorlift.com/marketplace/p/<number>).
- A location that is neither a US state code nor a city on investorlift.com stops the run with a clear message instead of returning an empty result.
- Respects your maximum cost per run: the run returns only as many deals as it covers.
