- Full profile enrichment (on by default, direct-fetch): opening hours,
  languages spoken, accepted insurance types, offered services, and treated
  conditions. Phone and website are populated for commercial/claimed profiles
  only; jameda never publishes a doctor's email address.
- Incremental mode (NEW/UPDATED/UNCHANGED/REAPPEARED/EXPIRED change tracking),
  notifications (Telegram / Discord / Slack / WhatsApp / webhook), and compact
  output for AI agents and MCP workflows.
