- Fixed: a single slow response no longer ends the run. A request that timed out was never
  retried at all, so one slow moment on the first page of results failed the whole run in
  30 seconds with nothing delivered. Timed-out and dropped requests now use the same retry
  budget that server errors already had.
- Fixed: those retries now actually get a full time allowance each. Every attempt shared the
  first attempt's stopwatch, so once it ran out the remaining attempts could only fail
  instantly.
