- Incremental runs with "emit expired" now actually output `changeType: "EXPIRED"` rows for listings that disappeared (counted against the maximum results).
- A timed-out search request is now retried with a fresh timeout instead of failing instantly on every retry.
- Results already collected are no longer lost if the run fails part-way.
- Start URLs given through the API as `{ "url": "..." }` objects are accepted.
- Compact output in incremental mode keeps the price-change and repost fields.
- The same product searched in two regions (several locations, or start URLs for different regions) is no longer dropped as a duplicate. Listing IDs now include the region, so existing incremental state sees listings as new once.
