## Changelog

All notable changes to this Actor are documented here.

### \[Unreleased]

#### Added

- Choose which date to filter on (submitted, decided or changed) and set a rolling number of days or a fixed From/To range.
- Incremental runs with Emit expired on now deliver an EXPIRED row for applications no longer listed (only when the same fixed From/To window is searched again).

#### Fixed

- Changing a fixed From/To range no longer forgets applications already delivered, so an unchanged application is not sent again as NEW when the range later covers it again.
- Max results now caps the rows actually delivered, and every result page is fetched in order until the limit or the last page.
- Incremental runs detect changes to any delivered field (documents, comments, agent, dates and more), flag re-lodged applications as reposts, and keep state when a run finds nothing new.
- Runs that miss result pages say so in the run summary, and concurrent runs on the same search no longer overwrite each other's state.
- Space requests to respect the source's rate limits and wait for the full pause requested before retrying, including pauses longer than two minutes.
- Report the actual delivered result count and completion reason on normal exits, failures and timeouts.
- Changing a fixed From/To window no longer reports applications from the old window as EXPIRED on later runs.

### \[0.1.0] — 2026-10-19

Initial release.

#### Added

- Search UK planning applications on planit.org.uk by keyword, planning authority, or a radius around a map point.
- Paste planit.org.uk search, postcode, place, planning-area or application URLs as start URLs.
- Each row carries the council reference, site address, decision status, key dates and coordinates where the council publishes them.
- The run stops at your maximum cost per run instead of fetching results that cannot be kept.
- When planit.org.uk asks the run to slow down, it waits out the pause the site names, and stops early when the site asks for a long pause; a run whose search could not be reached ends as failed instead of as an empty success.
