- A `location` that is not a place (not a US state, not "City, ST" and matching no community) now stops the run with a clear message naming it, instead of finishing as an empty successful run. A real `City, ST` with no communities right now returns 0 results without an error. The input is now shown in the input form.
- The `location` input is now applied: only communities whose city or state matches it are returned (for example `"Dover"` or `"Milton, DE"`). It was previously accepted and ignored.
- "All states" with no result limit now covers every state; it previously stopped after the first one.
- A search the site cannot answer (an unknown state name, or ryanhomes.com unreachable) now fails with a clear message instead of finishing as an empty successful run.
- An incremental run that finds nothing no longer blocks the next run on the same search for 30 minutes.
- A small result limit no longer reads more community pages than it needs, so short runs finish faster.
