#### Added

- Scrape jobs from smartrecruiters.com: every posting of one or more companies, with full description, apply link, department, function, experience level and location.
- Search by keyword without naming a company — returns the newest matching postings across all SmartRecruiters employers (up to about 100 per keyword), optionally narrowed by country code or city.
- Optional raw JSON: add the complete, unmodified posting to each result (off by default).
- Email extraction from job descriptions, on by default and switchable off.
- Respects your run's spending limit: the result count is capped to what the limit can pay for.

#### Fixed

- Salary fields are filled only when a posting states a pay figure next to a currency — ordinary numbers in the description (years of experience, team size, the year) are no longer reported as salary. Bonuses, perks and other numbers near the pay figure no longer widen the salary range.
- `descriptionMaxLength` now shortens every description variant (text and Markdown too), so it actually reduces result size.
- A run where SmartRecruiters fails to answer now says so clearly instead of reporting "no results", and a run that finds no jobs no longer blocks an immediate re-run in incremental mode.
- The log now warns when full details could not be loaded for some jobs, and result pages are fetched more gently to avoid rate limits.
