#### Fixed

- Radius search is now strict: when you set a centre point and `radiusKm`, listings without map coordinates are left out instead of being returned, so every result is confirmed to be inside your radius.
- When StreetEasy briefly refuses requests, the run now waits and tries again before giving up, so fewer runs end empty. If it still can't get through, the run says so instead of looking like a search with no matches.
- When the connection to StreetEasy drops before a request is even sent, the run now retries on a fresh connection instead of ending empty on the first failure.

- Scrape listings from streeteasy.com.
- With incremental mode and "Emit Expired Listings" on, listings that disappeared since the last run are now delivered as `EXPIRED` rows.

#### Fixed

- A search area that is not a NYC borough (or "All NYC") now stops with a clear message instead of quietly returning listings from all of NYC. "Brooklyn, NY"-style names are accepted.
- `EXPIRED` rows that did not fit within your result limit are delivered on the next run instead of being dropped. Search areas like "Brooklyn, New York, NY" are now recognised.
