## Changelog

### 0.1 — 2026-08-06

First release.

Products are read from Tesco's own catalogue service, so every record carries
the fields the retailer publishes rather than what a page happens to show:
brand, barcode (GTIN), the full aisle taxonomy, product description, stock
status, and promotions with their start and end dates.

- Scrapes Tesco Groceries products by search term or by category / search URL.
- Every product carries shelf price, unit price with its unit, Clubcard offer
text, star rating, review count, stock status, image URL and product URL.
- Incremental mode reports which products are new and which changed price,
unit price, offer or availability since the previous run.
- Notifications to Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp or a generic webhook,
optionally only for products that changed.
- Compact output mode and MCP connector export for agent pipelines.
