## Changelog

All notable changes to this Actor are documented here.

### \[0.1] — 2026-10-21

#### Fixed

- A start URL naming a state Toll Brothers does not serve now stops the run with a clear message, instead of being skipped while the other URLs run.
- A location that is not a Toll Brothers state now stops the run with a clear message naming the value, instead of silently searching only the other locations.
- Radius filter is now strict: with latitude, longitude and radius set, homes without coordinates are no longer included. In incremental mode they are not reported as expired either.

### \[0.1.0] — 2026-10-19

Initial release.

#### Added

- Scrape Toll Brothers new-construction home designs (price from as displayed plus a numeric `pricedFromValue`, beds, baths, square feet, community, location, sales phone, photos) by state, with optional floorplan detail per model.
- Start URLs: paste a Toll Brothers state page (`/luxury-homes/Arizona`) or a single community page (`/luxury-homes-for-sale/Arizona/<Community>`).
- Radius filter: set latitude, longitude and radius to keep only homes within that distance; each record gets a `distanceKm` value.
- Charge-limit-aware stopping: the run stops at what your maximum cost per run pays for and finishes successfully instead of being aborted; incremental runs leave undelivered records for the next run.
- Incremental mode with optional unchanged and expired records.

#### Fixed

- Choosing only a state (no search term) now returns every home design in that state, as the State field describes, instead of ending with no results.
- Unfilled website template text (such as "TODO: POPULATE FEATURE") is returned as empty instead of as a value.
- Leaving the State field empty now covers every state, also with no result limit, in incremental mode, and when a search term finds nothing in the first state.
- Two-letter state codes such as AZ or NJ are accepted in the State field, as its description says.
