## Changelog

All notable changes to this Actor are documented here.

### \[Unreleased]

#### Changed

- Full product details are now opt-in: the Include Full Product Details option is off by default, and each product that has details is charged as a separate "product details" event on top of the product. Turning the option on returns the same detail fields as before.

#### Added

- With Include Full Product Details on, each product now carries `attributes` (every detail the product page lists, such as fabric, fit, pattern and sole) and `material` (the page's material and care details), as name/value pairs.
- Each product now carries `videoUrl` and `videoUrls` with its product videos, where Zalando has them.
- With Include Full Product Details on, each product now shows `inStock` and `availabilityStatus`, so you can see at a glance whether it can be ordered.
- Product details are only charged for products whose page was actually read; nothing was removed from the output.

#### Fixed

- Start URLs from Zalando's language versions of a shop (for example `https://en.zalando.de/...`) were rejected. They are now accepted and scraped in that language.
- If a charge was briefly refused by the platform, those products could stay unbilled for the rest of the run. They are now billed on the next delivery.
- A charge interrupted by a network problem could be billed a second time on the next delivery. Products are now never billed twice, and a refused charge no longer makes a run with a charge limit stop early.
- Runs that stop early (time budget reached, no matching products, nothing to do) now report a clear end state and duration in run monitoring, so an empty run is no longer mistaken for a failure.
- Searches could occasionally fail with "Could not read Zalando" when a results page loaded slowly. A slow page is now retried on a fresh connection instead of ending the run.
- With Include Full Product Details on, larger runs returned products without their details (description, category trail, ratings, per-size availability). Details are delivered again.

### \[0.1.8] — 2026-10-04

#### Fixed

- A search whose first results page lists products but returns none of their details now ends as failed with a clear message, instead of a successful run with no results.
- Runs with a Max Results limit now keep reading further pages until the limit is reached, instead of sometimes stopping a little short.

#### Changed

- The Max Results description explains that very broad searches return a sample of the catalogue, not every product.

### \[0.1.6] — 2026-10-04

#### Fixed

- A run where every search failed to load now ends as failed with a clear message, instead of a successful run with no results.
- Incremental runs that end early no longer block the next run on the same state key for 30 minutes.
- Any State Key text now works for price tracking (spaces, symbols and long keys no longer break the run).
- Choosing an HTML or Markdown description format no longer removes the description when only a text version exists.
- Country `uk` is accepted for zalando.co.uk; unknown country codes give a clear input error.
- Clearer message when none of the start URLs is a Zalando search or category page.

#### Changed

- Max Results and Incremental Mode descriptions explain the per-search product limit and what incremental runs compare.

### \[0.1.0] — 2026-10-04

Initial release.

#### Added

- Scrape product search results from 24 Zalando country sites: price, discount, brand, colourway, sizes and images.
- Optional product pages add description, rating and per-size availability.
- A results page the site refuses mid-run is reported as missing results instead of ending the run early.
