## Pricing

from $1.20 / 1,000 hotel price results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Hotels Price Calendar

Get hotel prices from Google Hotels for any city **across a whole range of check-in dates** in one run. Track rate changes, find the cheapest nights, benchmark your hotel against the competition, or feed a travel app.

- 📅 **Price calendar:** pick a first and last check-in date, and every night in between is searched
- 💰 **Nightly and total price** for your stay length, plus Google's deal labels ("44% less than usual")
- ⭐ **Hotel details:** star class, guest rating, review count, address, phone, coordinates, check-in/out times
- 🔎 **More hotels per date:** optional extra searches (3★, 4★, 5★, budget) merged and de-duplicated
- ⚡ **Fast and cheap:** no browser, about 20 hotels per request, built-in retries and data validation

### What you get

```
Export as JSON, CSV or Excel, or connect to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or your own code through the Apify API.
### Use cases
- **Hotel revenue managers:** watch competitor rates for the next 30–90 nights every morning
- **Travel startups and agents:** price calendars and "cheapest night" finders for any destination
- **Market research:** average daily rates by city, star class and season
- **Price alerts:** schedule a daily run and get notified when a hotel drops below your target
### How to use
1. Add one or more **locations** (a city, neighbourhood or landmark).
2. Set the **first check-in date**. Optionally set a **last check-in date** to get a calendar.
3. Choose **nights per stay**.
4. Click **Start**. Schedule it daily to track prices over time.
💡 **Rolling calendar:** dates can be relative. Set the first check-in to `1 day` and the last to `30 days`, schedule a daily run, and every morning you get prices for the next 30 nights. You never have to edit the dates.
| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| Locations | Searched as "hotels in \<location>" |
| First / last check-in date | One search per check-in date in the range (up to 366) |
| Nights per stay | Stay length. You get the per-night and total price |
| Find more hotels per date | Runs 5 searches per date instead of 1 for wider coverage |
| Currency | Google prices in the visitor's local currency. This sets the proxy country (use RESIDENTIAL proxies for reliable country targeting) |
| Max results | Hard cap on saved rows, so your spend stays predictable |
### Pricing
Pay per result: you only pay for hotel prices actually saved. Searches that fail or return prices for the wrong dates are never charged.
### Limitations
- Prices are for 2 adults (Google's default for search results).
- Google shows about 20 hotels per search. Turn on **Find more hotels per date** for wider coverage.
- Per-booking-site prices (Booking.com, Expedia and others) are not included yet.
### FAQ
**Is it legal to scrape Google Hotels?** This Actor collects publicly visible prices and hotel information and no personal data. Check that your use complies with the laws and terms that apply to you.
**Something broke or a field is missing?** Open an issue on the Issues tab. We usually reply the same day.
# Actor input Schema
## `locations` (type: `array`):
Cities, neighbourhoods or landmarks to search, e.g. "Krakow", "Shibuya, Tokyo", "near Eiffel Tower". Each is searched as "hotels in <location>".
## `checkInFrom` (type: `string`):
Check-in date. Pick a fixed date, or a relative one like "14 days" (from the day the run starts) so scheduled runs always look ahead. With a last check-in date, every day in between is searched too.
## `checkInTo` (type: `string`):
Search every check-in date from the first to this one, to build a price calendar. Fixed or relative (e.g. first "1 day", last "30 days" = the next 30 nights). Leave empty for a single date.
## `nights` (type: `integer`):
Length of each stay. Prices are returned per night and in total.
## `extraSearches` (type: `boolean`):
Also search 3-star, 4-star, 5-star and budget hotels for each location and date (5 searches instead of 1). Results are de-duplicated, so you get more distinct hotels per date.
## `currency` (type: `string`):
Google shows prices in the currency of the visitor's country, so this picks the proxy country. When you set a currency, residential proxies in that country are used automatically (unless you chose proxy groups yourself). Leave empty to use the proxy's default.
## `language` (type: `string`):
Interface language code for names and labels, e.g. en, de, fr, pl.
## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
Stop after saving this many hotel prices. Use it to cap cost.
## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):
How many searches run at once.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
Proxies used to reach Google. Datacenter is cheapest; use RESIDENTIAL when you need a specific currency.
